On 11/5/08 at 8:00 a.m., Robert B. Landphere, 29, of 312 Klocks Korners Rd., Oswego, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of Marihuana, Second Degree and Unlawful Growing of Marihuana and William K. Beach, 41, of State Route 104 Bldg# 5350 Apt. #Lot 3 was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Unlawful Growing of Marihuana stemming from the investigation into a menacing complaint called in by an individual in the Town of Scriba in which Mr. Beach allegedly pointed a gun at the individual. During the investigation they were found to be in possession of over six pounds of marihuana (value of $6000.00) and a couple of plants. This investigation led to the location of fifty marihuana plants with a value of $50,000.00 at a Town of Sandy Creek residence adding charges for Mr. Landphere and Mr. Beach with Criminal Possession of Marihuana, First Degree ( a class C felony) and Unlawful Growing of Marihuana, a class A misdemeanor. This case is still pending.
On 11/5/08, Kathy I. Davis, 45, of 4519 CR 4, Oswego, NY was arrested at 9:30 a.m. based on a Felony Bench Warrant issued by Oswego County Court charging her with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree; Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 5th degree and Conspiracy in the 2nd. Ms. Davis was turned over to members of the Fulton PD for further processing.
On 11/5/08 at 7:40 p.m., William D. Miller Jr., 32, of 8 Sirles Rd., Parish, NY was arrested on a Probation Warrant issued out of the Town of Cicero charging him with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree, a class A misdemeanor. Mr. Miller was arraigned before the T/O Parish Court and ROR’d with a return to court date of 12/9/08.
