Hart, 18, of 101 Ames Street Apt. # A, Mexico, NY was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, a violation stemming from the investigation into an incident in which she allegedly punched an individual in the jaw in the parking lot of a Town of Mexico business. Ms. Hart was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to the Town of Mexico Court on 11/18/08.
On 11/6/08, Mathew J. Angona, 23, of 300 Lodi St. Apt#1, Syracuse, NY was arrested at 10:43 a.m. for Sodomy, First Degree and Sexual Abuse, First Degree, both felonies , after the investigation into an incident of which reportedly occurred in 2001 in the Town of Hastings where he allegedly had anal intercourse with an individual less than eleven years of age multiple times. Mr. Angona was arraigned before Hon. Judge Myers in the Town of Hastings and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10000.00 cash or $20000.00 bond with a return to court date of 11/10/08. During the arresting process Mr. Angona allegedly assaulted an officer by shoving him in the chest resulting in the additional charges of Menacing, 2nd, Resisting Arrest, and Harassment, 2nd. Mr. Angona was issued appearance tickets to answer to those charges in the City of Oswego Court at a later date.
