Roach, 31, of 205 Middle Road Lot 19, Oswego, NY was arrested at the Oswego County Correctional Facility for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 5th degree; Possession of Forged Instrument, 3rd degree; Forgery, 3rd degree and Petit Larceny ( 8 counts of each), stemming from the investigation into a stolen purse complaint where checks were allegedly forged and cashed at a Town of Scriba business. Mr. Roach was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5000.00 cash or $10000.00 bond with a return to court date of 12/18/08.
On 11/14/08 at 3:53 a.m., Salvatore Zagame, 35, of 2547 County Route 7, Oswego, NY was arrested for DWI and Operating a MV with BAC of .08 of 1%, both misdemeanors, following the investigation into a suspicious vehicle complaint on SR 48 in the Town of Granby. Mr. Zagame was released on UTT’s, returnable to the Town of Granby Court on 12/1/08.
