On 11/09/08 at 12:09 a.m., Steven M. Bull, 19, of 14 Woodshire Lane, Rochester, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Third Degree (one scoff in the Village of Central Square for failing to answer a summons), and Speed in Zone, following a traffic stop after he was observed driving northbound on SR 104 in the Town of Hannibal. Released on tickets, Mr. Bull is scheduled to answer the charges before Town of Hannibal Court on 12/02/08.
On 11/14/08 at 11:03 a.m., Mark W. Bachar, 37, of 5 King Rd., Pulaski, NY, was arrested based on a Family Court Warrant charging him with Violating Article IV of the Family Court (failure to pay support) after being turned over to a member of the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office after being detained by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office. Mr. Bachar was arraigned before Oswego County Family Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $250 cash bail or $500 bail bond. He is due back in Family Court on 11/24/08.
On 11/14/08 at 6:00 p.m., a 17 year old male residing in the Town of Scriba was arrested at his residence for Falsely Reporting an Incident, Third Degree, and False Written Statement, both class A misdemeanors, stemming from an incident that occurred on 10/08/08 when he allegedly falsely reported a burglary at his residence. The youth was arraigned before the Hon. Kenneth Adkins, Town of Scriba Court, and released to a parent. He is scheduled to reappear in court on 11/20/08 to further answer the charges.
On 11/16/08 at midnight, Raymond H. Smith, 41, of 9282 SR 13, Parish, NY, was arrested for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Third Degree, a class A misdemeanor, after he allegedly took a vehicle from the EZ truck stop in Parish without the owner’s permission, an individual with whom he was acquainted. Mr. Smith was reportedly apprehended by the New York State Police following a brief pursuit and turned over to a member of the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office at the Town of Richland Court after being arraigned on charges lodged against him by the State Police. Mr. Smith was arraigned before the Hon. James Ridgeway, Town of Richland Court, and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility without bail. He is scheduled to answer the charge before Town of Parish Court on 12/09/08.
On 11/16/08 at 1:58 a.m., Brian M. Crisafulli, 36, of 8 Carson Drive, Oswego, NY, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving With .08 of One Percent or More of Alcohol, and Speed in Zone, following a traffic stop investigation initiated at SR 481 and CR 57 in the Town of Volney during a STOP-DWI detail. Mr. Crisafulli was released on tickets and is scheduled to answer the charges before Town of Volney Court on 12/08/08.
On 11/16/08, Cory W. Huth, 17, of 400 S. Walnut Ave., Demopolis, Al., was operating a 2000 Mazda eastbound on SR 104 in the Town of Mexico at 3:19 a.m. when lost control while attempting to make a right hand turn onto CR 58. The car struck a mailbox and continued to travel off the roadway. Mr. Huth was ticketed for Speed Not Reasonable or Prudent. Road conditions were reportedly wet from rain at the time of the incident.
