On 11/17/08 at 4:18 a.m., Sandra L. Benedict, 45, of 744 CR 10 Apt. #Lot 37, Schroeppel, NY was arrested for DWI, Speed Violation and Failure to Keep Right stemming from the investigation into a mva of which reportedly occurred on CR 12 in the Town of Schroeppel where the vehicle went off the roadway, struck a mailbox and then hit a ditch before overturning causing property damage to 1143 CR 12. She was transported to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse by ambulance. Ms. Benedict was released on appearance tickets, returnable to the Town of Schroeppel Court at a later date. This case remains under investigation.
On 11/17/08 at 10:16 a.m., a 16 year old man residing in the Town of Granby was charged with Criminal Mischief, a class A misdemeanor, after an incident of which reportedly took place in Oswego County Family Court where he punched a hole in the wall. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the City of Oswego Court on 12/11/08 and then turned over to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Dept. for further processing.
On 11/17/08, Brenda Breckenridge, 20, of 42 Private Dr., Fulton, NY was arrested at 7:45 p.m. for Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana stemming from the investigation into a larceny complaint filed by the Walmart in the Town of Granby. Ms. Breckenridge was ROR’d with a return to Town of Granby Court of 11/24/08.
