On 2/17/23 at 9:57 a.m., Genny M. Smith, 38, of 956 Middle Road, Lot 2-S, Oswego, NY was arrested based on two Bench Warrants issued out of Oswego County Family Court and one Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Probation Dept. Ms. Smith was arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court.
On 2/17/23 at 10:36 a.m., Joshua M. Sweeney, 30, of 27 Potter Road, West Monroe, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Central Square. Mr. Sweeney was arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court.
On 2/17/23 at 3:26 p.m., Daniel P. Springer, 33, of 29 Bella Road, Pulaski, NY was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 1st degree and on an Arrest, Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico Court. Mr. Springer was arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court.
On 2/17/23 at 6:44 p.m., Cody M. Christensen, 31, and Courtney M. Fitzgerald, 30, both of 1 Chase Drive, New Haven, NY were arrested for Overdriving, Torturing and Injuring Animals; Failure to Provide Proper Sustenance and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an investigation into an incident that occurred in the Town of New Haven. Mr. Christensen and Ms. Fitzgerald are scheduled to be arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court on 3/3/23.
On 2/18/23 at 3:50 p.m., Amanda Lynn Bailey, 32, homeless, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree following a traffic stop in the City of Fulton. Ms. Bailey was arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court.
On 2/18/23 at 6:49 p.m., Cameron Elvis Lawler, 31, of 827 Middle Road, Oswego, NY was arrested for Promoting Prison Contraband, 2nd degree following an incident in the Oswego County Correctional Facility. Mr. Lawler is scheduled to be arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court on 3/2/23.
On 2/20/23 at 2:01 a.m., Joseph J. Mahalick, 34, of 1922 SR 48, Fulton, NY was arrested for Criminal Trespass, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Mahalick was arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court.
On 2/20/23 at 9:30 a.m., Chad M. Firenze, 33, and Tabbatha J. Kimball, 32, both of 717 W Broadway Street, Apt. A1, Fulton, NY were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 5thdegree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree following a warrant investigation in the City of Fulton. Mr. Firenze and Ms. Kimball were arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court.
On 2/20/23 at 12:47 p.m., Michael E. Reite, 36, of 868 CR 35, New Haven, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of New Haven Court. Mr. Reite was arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court.
On 2/20/23 at 3:14 p.m., James H. Steen, 81, of 894 SR 104B, New Haven, NY was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of New Haven. Mr. Steen was arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court.
On 2/21/23 at 2:46 p.m., Joshua A. Bolster, 35, of 6061 S Main Street, Sandy Creek, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Sandy Creek Court. Mr. Bolster was arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court.
On 2/21/23 at 5:50 p.m., Michael P. Dunsmoor, 34, of 2667 SR 3, Lot E10, Volney, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of Narcotic Drug, 4th degree following a traffic stop in the Town of Granby. Mr. Dunsmoor was arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court.
On 2/22/23 at 9:05 p.m., Anthony J. Vera, 32, of 3800 CR 4, Scriba, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Oswego Court; Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Central Square and a Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Oswego. Mr. Vera was arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court.
On 2/23/23 at 8:00 p.m., Antwan M. Terry, 37, of 426 West Colvin Street, Syracuse, NY was arrested for Obstructing Governmental Administration, 2nd degree following a traffic stop. Mr. Terry is scheduled to be arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court at a later date.
On 2/24/23 at 3:20 a.m., Maleake D. Capers, 20, of 135 Albright Rd., New Haven, NY was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree; Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment, 2nd degree stemming from a domestic incident in the Town of New Haven. Mr. Capers was arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court.
