OSWEGO, NY – On 2/24/23 at 12:22 a.m., Harold W. Janes, 32, of 31 E Utica St., Oswego, NY was arrested for Criminal Trespass, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Janes is scheduled to appear in CAP Court on 3/10/23.
On 2/24/23 at 11:31 a.m., George C. Gunn Jr., 25, of 22 Maplehurst Drive, Phoenix, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 3rd degree, a class D felony following the investigation into an incident in December 2022 in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Gunn was arraigned on the charge and transported to the Onondaga County PSB where he is being held on separate charges.
On 2/24/23 at 2:00 p.m., Wesley C. Dennison, 25, and Courtney A. Madison, 29, both of 956 Middle Road, Lot 4, Oswego, NY were arrested on 3 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child following the investigation into an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Dennison and Ms. Madison are scheduled to appear in CAP Court on 3/10/23.
On 2/24/23 at 2:30 p.m., Stephen A. Herzog, 38, of 69 CR 32, Hastings, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 4th degree: Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 3rd degree and Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following two separate incidents. Mr. Herzog was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/24/23 at 8:47 p.m., Amanda R. Biondolillo, 34, of 399 US RT 11, Apt 8, Hastings, NY was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Ms. Biondolillo was arraigned in CAP Court on the same day.
On 2/25/23 at 3:20 a.m., Kristy J. Buskey, 37, of 34 Rikers Beach Road, Lot 2, Oswego, NY was arrested for Promoting Prison Contraband, 2nd degree following an incident in the OCJ. Ms. Buskey was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/25/23 at 4:50 a.m., Sean C. Courtney, 30, of 321 Kirsch Drive, Mattydale, NY, and Dominique A. Monahan, 22, of no known address were arrested for Criminal Trespass, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Courtney and Ms. Monahan are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 3/11/23.
On 2/25/23 at 9:06 a.m., William J. Corcoran, 46, of 3953 SR 104, Mexico, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 3rd degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Mr. Corcoran was arraigned in CAP Court on the same day.

On 2/27/23 at 1:10 p.m., Randi I. Marsden, 40, of 135 Albright Rd., New Haven, NY was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment, 2nd degree stemming from the investigation into an incident that reportedly occurred on 2/24/23 in the Town of New Haven. Ms. Marsden is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 3/13/23.
On 2/27/23 at 6:42 p.m., Daniel D. Wilson, 41, of 43 Clay Street, Cleveland, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Hastings. Mr. Wilson was arraigned in CAP Court.
