OSWEGO – On 3/10/23 at 8:59 a.m., Christopher B. Mason, 50, of 9 Ditzer Dr., Fulton, NY was arrested for Menacing, 3rd degree; Criminal Obstruction of Breathing; and Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following a domestic incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Mason was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/10/23 at 1:14 p.m., Joshua A. Bender, 33, of 353 White Road, Parish, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following a traffic stop in the Town of Constantia. Mr. Bender was also arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Village of Central Square Court. Mr. Bender is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 3/24/23.
On 3/11/23 at 7:38 p.m., Stephanie L. Akers, 24, of 8585 Cazenovia Road, Manlius, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Schroeppel Court. Ms. Akers was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/12/23 at 7:34 p.m., Moriah D. Watkins, 34, of 517 Seward St., Fulton, NY was arrested for Criminal Trespass, 3rd degree based on a Criminal Summons issued following an incident in the Town of Granby in April 2021. Ms. Watkins is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 3/26/23.
On 3/13/23 at 3:18 a.m., Steven D. Pitsley, 47, of 3290 Main Street, Mexico, NY was charged with Petit Larceny following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Mr. Pitsley is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court at a later date.
On 3/13/23 at 12:49 p.m., Jesse S. Paventy, 30, of 43 Pine Dr., Pennellville, NY was arrested based on a Felony Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court and a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Cicero Court. Mr. Paventy was arraigned in Oswego County Court and then turned over to the NYSP for further processing.
On 3/13/23 at 3:18 p.m., Shakir S. Boatman, 28, of 406 South Beech Street, Syracuse, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, a class B felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 2nd degree, a class A Felony following an investigation. Mr. Boatman was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/13/23 at 5:03 p.m., Adam W. Skilinskis, 29, of 170 CR 35, Fulton, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Scriba. Mr. Skilinskis was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/13/23 at 10:42 p.m., Joshua R. Patterson, 31, of unknown address was arrested based on a 3 Bench Warrants, all issued out of the Town of Volney Court. Mr. Patterson was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/14/23 at 12:14 a.m., Erin M. Becksted, 40, of 15 East 7th Street, Oswego, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Control Substance, 7th degree following a traffic stop. Mr. Becksted will be arraigned in CAP Court at a later date.
On 3/14/23 at 5:34 a.m., Tiffeny M. White, 32, of 28 Enterprise Ave., Hastings, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court and a Bench Warrant issued out of Central Square Village Court. Ms. White was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/14/23 at 11:07 a.m., Melisa M. Banack, 31, of 26 Green Acres Dr., Lot C2, Central Square, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Central Square Village Court. Ms. Banack was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/14/23 at 8:04 p.m., Jeffrey P. Miller, 50, of 135 CR 23, Constantia, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Watertown City Court. Mr. Miller was turned over to the Watertown City PD for further processing.
On 3/15/23 at 3:26 p.m., Thomas D. West, 35, of 38 CR 64, Mexico, NY was arrested based on a Felony Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court and a Bench Warrant issued out of Central Square Village Court. Mr. West was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/15/23 at 6:51 p.m., Jonathan E. Cayea, 27, of 33 Fishermans Creek, Baldwinsville, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Richland Town Court. Mr. Cayea was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/17/23 at 2:50 a.m., Nicole R. Coyle,38, of 8727 Whiting Rd., Cicero, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Central Square. Ms. Coyle was arraigned in CAP Court.
