OSWEGO COUNTY – April 7, 2023
On 3/31/23 at 11:29 a.m., Joseph R. Boyden, 39, of 408 South 4th Street, Fulton, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Scriba Court. Mr. Boyden was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/31/23 at 12:39 p.m., JanMichael Ladd, 37, of 145 CR 35A, Fulton, NY was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child stemming from an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Ladd is scheduled to answer the charge on 4/14/23 in CAP Court.
On 4/1/23 at 11:07 a.m., Keith Hicks, 50, of unknown address was arrested for Criminal Trespass, 2nddegree and Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Mr. Hicks was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/1/23 at 3:36 p.m., Robert J. Donnelly, 40, of 22 Talcott Street, Massena, NY, and Melissa A. Laffin, 39, of 8 Esther Ave., Binghamton, NY were arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Village of Central Square. Mr. Donnelly and Ms. Laffin are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/15/23.
On 4/1/23 at 6:48 p.m., Cody S. Carter, 31, of 7891 Areopagitica Ave., Bridgeport, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 2nd degree, a class C felony following a traffic stop in the Town of Volney. Mr. Carter was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/2/23 at 7:34 p.m., Daniel P. Springer, 33, of 29 Bella Road, Pulaski, NY was arrested for two counts of Criminal Contempt, 1st degree, a class E felony; a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Palermo Court and an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Springer was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/2/23 at 11:32 p.m., Robbie Burroughs, 48, of 250 Meigs Street, Apt. 2, Rochester, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance following a traffic stop in the City of Oswego. Mr. Burroughs is scheduled to answer the charge in Oswego City Court on 4/20/23.
On 4/3/23 at 10:48 a.m., Michael T. Filippone, 37, of 19 Scotch Grove Rd., Apt. 34, Pulaski, NY was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon,
3rd degree, a class D felony stemming from the investigation into an incident that occurred in December 2021 in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Filippone was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/3/23 at 3:17 p.m., Jacob M. Redman, 40, of 112 W 3rd Street, Oswego, NY was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree. Mr. Redman was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/4/23 at 10:06 a.m., Robert John Byrns, 29, of 1124 SR 5, Elbridge, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby Court. Mr. Byrns was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/4/23 at 3:49 p.m., Kyle R. Johnson, 34, of 23 North Street, Apt. D, Cleveland, NY was arrested for Reckless Endangerment, 1st degree; Fleeing Officer in MV, 3rd degree and Circumvention of Interlock Device stemming from the investigation into an incident that occurred in September 2022. At the same time, Mr. Johnson was arrested for Assault w/Intent to Cause Physical Harm with Weapon, 2nd degree, a class D felony; Grand Larceny, 3rd degree, a class D felony and Robbery, 1stdegree, a class B felony stemming from the investigation into an incident that occurred in March 2023. Mr. Johnson was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/4/23 at 7:56 p.m., Christopher M. Buckingham, 27, of 2385 CR 37, Hastings, NY was arrested for Unlawful Dissemination or Publication of an Intimate Image stemming from the investigation into an incident that occurred in the Town of Constantia. Mr. Buckingham was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/5/23 at 3:47 p.m., Desiree M. Birmingham, 29, of 874 CR 33, Palermo, NY was arrested based on an Oswego County Family Court Warrant. Ms. Birmingham was arraigned in Oswego County Family Court.
On 4/6/23 at 9:56 a.m., Vincenzio J. Butera, 43, of 30 Oneida St., Cleveland, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following a traffic stop in the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Butera is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court at a later date.
On 4/6/23 at 2:22 p.m., Jenna Mary Boyle, 29, of 55 Bergman Drive, Fulton, NY and John L. Morrison, 58, of 77 South Granby Rd., Fulton, NY were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following a traffic stop in the Town of Granby. Ms. Boyle and Mr. Morrison will be arraigned in CAP Court at a later date.
