OSWEGO – April 28, 2023
On 4/21/23 at 5:52 a.m., Joshua R. Ralston, 39, of 6050 S Main Street, Sandy Creek, NY was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing; Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child stemming from an incident that occurred in the Village of Sandy Creek on 4/13/23. Mr. Ralston was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/21/23 at 2:30 p.m., Travis M. Swett, 45, of 33 Turrill Street, Oswego, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Scriba. Mr. Swett was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/21/23 at 6:10 p.m., Joseph D. Pickett, 24, of 296 S 12th Street, Apt. 3, Fulton, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following a mva in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Pickett is scheduled to be arraigned on 5/5/23 in CAP Court.
On 4/21/23 at 6:25 p.m., Shawn M. Totman, 22, of 17 Carter Rd., Hannibal, NY was arrested for Lewdness, a class B misdemeanor following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Totman is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/5/23.
On 4/21/23 at 7:36 p.m., Nicholas J. Stadelmann Jr., 42, of 587 Oneida River Road, Pennellville, NY was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree; Stalking, 2nd degree, a class E felony; Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree and Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Stadelmann was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/22/23 at 8:46 p.m., Rebecca A. Flugel, 33, of 64 Country Lane, Hannibal, NY was arrested for Petit Larceny and Trespass following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. Flugel is scheduled to answer the charges on 5/6/23 in CAP Court.
On 4/23/23 at 5:44 p.m., Jacob G. Springer, 25, of 20 Samuel Way, Oswego, NY was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following a traffic stop in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Springer is scheduled to be arraigned at a later date.
On 4/23/23 at 7:23 p.m., Michael A. Middleton, 25, of 38 Birch Lane, Apt 46C, Oswego, NY was arrested for 2 counts of Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree and 2 counts of Aggravated Family Offense following two separate incidents that occurred in the Town of
Scriba following two separate incidents in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Middleton was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the OCJ.
At the same time, Mr. Middleton was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree, Aggravated Family Offense and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Middleton was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the OCJ.
On 4/23/23 at 11:38 p.m., Jonathan C. Loomis, 32, of 1203 CR 3, Lot 2, Hannibal, NY was arrested for Reckless Endangerment, 2nd degree and Endangering Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Loomis is scheduled to be arraigned on 5/7/23 in CAP Court.
On 4/24/23 at 1:13 p.m., Nicholas C. Lioto, 57, of 116 CR 37, Hastings, NY was arrested for Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree and 2 counts of Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree-Threat following two separate incidents in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Lioto is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court at a later date.
On 4/24/23 at 3:42 p.m., Phillip D. Webb,37, of 415 Pumphouse Rd., Mexico, NY was arrested for Criminal Impersonation, 2nd degree following a traffic stop in the Town of Mexico. Mr. Webb was also arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Probation and two Bench Warrants, one issued out of Mexico Town Court and the other issued out of Oswego County Court. Mr. Webb was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/24/23 at 6:33 p.m., Cheyenne P. Himes, 24, of 24 Birch Lane, Bldg. 7, Apt. D, Oswego, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego City Court. Ms. Himes was turned over to the Oswego City Police Dept. for further processing.
On 4/24/23 at 11:07 p.m., Jacob R. Snedeker, 30, of 23 Carr Drive, Sandy Creek, NY was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree and an Arrest Warrant issued out of Fulton City Court. Mr. Snedeker was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/25/23 at 11:30 a.m., Jeffrey L. Corbin, 50, a current resident of the OCJ was arrested for Tampering with a Witness, 4th degree and Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in OCJ. Mr. Corbin is scheduled to be arraigned on 5/3/23 in CAP Court.
On 4/25/23 at 12:42 p.m., Joseph C. Whalen, 35, of 317 OConnor Road, Oswego, NY was arrested for Criminal Impersonation, 2nd degree following the investigation into a mva in the Town of Oswego. Mr. Whelan is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/9/23.
On 4/25/23 at 2:36 p.m., Brittney R. Barber, 29, of 1157 CR 30, Altmar, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Amboy. Ms. Barber was turned over to the NYSP for further processing.
On 4/25/23 at 7:13 p.m., Jimmie J. Kolb, 39, of 1320 CR 8, Granby, NY was arrested for Assault, 3rddegree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Kolb was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/25/23 at 8:45 p.m., Johann M. Ambach, 29, of 956 South 1st Street, Fulton, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Richland and an Arrest Warrant issued out of the NYSP. Mr. Ambach was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the OCJ.
On 4/26/23 at 2:45 a.m., Toni Marie Kinslow, 30, of 93 Craw Road, Palermo, NY was arrested based on an Oswego County Probation Warrant, Bench Warrant out of Oswego County Court and a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Palermo. Ms. Kinslow was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/26/23 at 3:41 a.m., Daniel V. Zinkiewicz Jr., 22, of 421 North Midlar Ave., Syracuse, NY was arrested for Assault, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Zinkiewicz was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/26/23 at 4:32 p.m., John W. Gladle, 62, of 108 CR 26, West Monroe, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oneida City. Mr. Gladle was turned over to the Oneida City PD for further processing.
On 4/27/23 at 7:14 a.m., Brandon Clay Pavlas, 30, of 22 Maplehurst Drive, Apt. 30, Phoenix, NY was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree and Harassment following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Pavlas was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/27/23 at 1:32 p.m., Joshua J. Seymour, 34, of 451 CR 11, West Monroe, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued by the DEC in the Town of Ellisburg. Mr. Seymour was turned over to the NYS DEC for further processing.
On 4/27/23 at 10:57 p.m., Brandi M. Thorpe, 33, of unknown address was arrested for Criminal Trespass, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Ms. Thorpe was arraigned in CAP Court.
