OSWEGO COUNTY – April 14, 2023
On 4/7/23 at 12:37 p.m., Earl F. Fuller, 22, of 451 CR 11, Lot 33, West Monroe, NY was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Fuller was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/7/23 at 5:15 p.m., Dyamond Lynn Deaver, 29, of 77 Island Rd., Apt. 3, Palermo, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Village of Central Square Court. Ms. Deaver was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/8/23 at 12:17 p.m., Michael J. Diorio, 33, of 5954 SR 41, Homer, NY was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Diorio is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/22/23.
On 4/8/23 at 7:26 p.m., Bart A. Gauger, 37, of 317 Cole Road, Fulton, NY was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree and Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Gauger was arraigned in CAP Court.
Following the same incident, Devin M. Gauger, 35, of 13213 Guernsey Rd., Hannibal, NY was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree; Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree. Mr. Gauger was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/10/23 at 12:38 a.m., Anna Marie Jackson, 29, of 287 Honey Hill Road, Fulton, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Scriba. Ms. Jackson was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/10/23 at 8:32 a.m., Elizabeth A. Adamo, 34, of 811 1st North Street, Syracuse, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the City of Syracuse. Ms. Adamo was turned over to the Syracuse Police Dept. for further processing.
On 4/10/23 at 1:12 p.m., David J. Houde, 43, of 29 Frazier Rd., Mexico, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico Court. Mr. Houde was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/10/23 at 3:58 p.m., Edward L. Scrimale, 23, of unknown address was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Schroeppel Court. Mr. Scrimale was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/11/23 at 12:27 p.m., Timothy F. Benway, 57, of 327 Thompson Road, Lot E6, Oswego, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the City of Fulton. Mr. Benway is scheduled to be arraigned on the charge on 4/11/23.
On the same day, Mr. Benway was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 3rd degree a class E felony and Grand Larceny, 4th degree, a class E felony stemming from an incident that occurred in the Town of Mexico on 12/20/22. Mr. Benway was arraigned in CAP Court.
Mr. Benway was also arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Geddes. Mr. Benway was turned over to the Geddes PD for further processing.
On 4/12/23 at 9:36 a.m., Richard H. West Jr., 36, of 375 Baum Road, Hastings, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Cicero. Mr. West was turned over to the Cicero PD for further processing.
On 4/12/23 at 9:39 a.m., Jessica Ann Boyle, 29, of 1100 Emery Street, Apt. 309, Fulton, NY was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Ms. Boyle was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/12/23 at 12:28 p.m., Michael A. Middleton, 25, of 38 Birch Lane, Oswego, NY was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree; Petit Larceny and Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony stemming from the investigation into an incident that reportedly occurred on 3/30/23 in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Middleton was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/12/23 at 2:45 p.m., Morgan E. Bond, 27, of 2985 CR 4, Fulton, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby Court. Ms. Bond was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/12/23 at 3:58 p.m., Victoria L. Hyde, 23, of 10 Crescent Road, Fulton, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Ms. Hyde was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/12/23 at 9:26 p.m., Jason W. Clark, 47, of 1411 Spring Street, Syracuse, NY was arrested for Reckless Endangerment, 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor; False Personation, a class B misdemeanor; Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor; Fleeing Officer in Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree, a class A misdemeanor; DWI (Previous Conviction in 10 Years), a class E felony; DWAI Drugs/Alcohol (1 Prior in 10 Years) and Circumvent Interlock Device, a class A misdemeanor following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Clark was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility without bail.
On 4/13/23 at 10:49 p.m., Timothy J. Bristol, 44, of 21 Senior Ave., Fulton, NY was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, a class A misdemeanor following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Bristol was arraigned in CAP Court.
