On 9/27/24 at 12:04 p.m., Cortini M. Walden, 26, of Granby was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. Cortini was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/27/24 at 2:21 p.m., Kaitlyn M. Avery, 24, of West Monroe was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Village of Central Square. Ms. Avery is scheduled to be arraigned on 10/11/24.
On 9/28/24 at 1:47 p.m., Judy M. Kyle, 72, of Hannibal was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. Kyle is scheduled to be arraigned on 10/12/24 in CAP Court.
On 9/28/24 at 6:46 p.m., Christol M. Stager, 36, of Albion was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Ms. Stager was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/28/24 at 10:35 p.m., Jack D. Soluri, 45, of Pulaski was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nddegree following an incident in the Village of Pulaski. Mr. Soluri is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/12/24.
At the same time, Mr. Soluri was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 1st degree, a class E felony and 3 counts of Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Village of Pulaski. Mr. Soluri was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/29/24 at 7:30 a.m., Raymond C. Gourley Jr., 54, of Hastings was arrested for Menacing, 2nddegree, a class A misdemeanor; Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree, a class A misdemeanor and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Gourley was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/2/24 at 11:08 a.m., Shelbi M. Platt, 28, of Albion was arrested based on two Bench Warrants issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Ms. Platt was arraigned in Oswego County Family Court.
On 10/2/24 at 11:23 a.m., Kayla Ann Capuano, 19, of Mastic Beach, NY was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Capuano is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 10/16/24.
On 10/3/24 at 11:58 a.m., Kristina N. Lagray, 43, of Scriba was arrested for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree following an incident in the City of Oswego. Ms. Lagray is scheduled to be arraigned in Oswego City Court on 10/17/24.
On 10/3/24 at 5:13 p.m., Dallas R. Broadwell, 24, of Volney was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Mr. Broadwell was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 10/4/24 at 11:10 a.m., Delaney Lynn Roddy, 26, of Calcium, NY was arrested based on a Felony Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Ms. Roddy was arraigned in Oswego County Court and remanded to the OCJ.
