OSWEGO COUNTY – June 9, 2023
On 6/1/23 at 12:30 p.m., James A. Long, 38, of Pennellville was arrested for Burglary, 3rd degree and Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Long was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/1/23 at 7:11 p.m., Kenneth S. R. Nolan Jr., 38, of Hannibal was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of NYSP Wolcott. Mr. Nolan was turned over to the NYSP for further processing.
On 6/2/23 at 11:22 a.m., Jacob Miles Goodson, 31, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Fulton. Mr. Goodson was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/2/23 at 12:10 p.m., Harley W. Egleston, 29, of Amboy was arrested for Rape, 1st degree, a class B felony; Sex Abuse, 1st degree, a class D felony and Endangering the Welfare of a Child stemming from the investigation into an incident that allegedly occurred in the Town of Amboy. Mr. Egleston was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond.
On 6/2/23 at 7:09 p.m., David Philip Kline, 26, of Schroeppel was arrested based on a Felony Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Mr. Kline was arraigned in County Court and remanded to the OCJ held without bail.
On 6/2/23 at 8:42 p.m., Shannon M. Higgins, 32, of Syracuse was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Central Square. Ms. Higgins was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/4/23 at 12:37 a.m., Troy T. Decare, 32, of Hastings was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the City of Fulton. Mr. Decare was turned over to the Fulton Police Dept for further processing.
On 6/4/23 at 1:43 a.m., Joel P. Kinney, 38, of Parish was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Family Court. Mr. Kinney was arraigned in Family Court.
On 6/4/23 at 7:21 p.m., Brandon D. Schill, 22, of Richland was arrested for Obstructing Governmental Administration, 2nd degree, Resisting Arrest and Trespass following an
incident in the Village of Pulaski. Mr. Schill is scheduled to be arraigned on 6/19/23 in CAP Court.
On 6/5/23 at 12:01 p.m., Lelia Maude Russell, 34, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Oswego. Ms. Russell was turned over to the Oswego City Police Dept. for further processing.
On 6/5/23 at 8:28 p.m., Heather L. Barber, 44, of Richland was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Harassment following an incident in the Town of Albion. Ms. Barber is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court at a later date.
On 6/7/23 at 5:08 p.m., Amanda M. Wilder, 23, of Granby was arrested for Assault, 2nd degree; Criminal Mischief, 4th degree; Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree; Resisting Arrested and Harassment following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. Wilder was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the OCJ.
On 6/8/23 at 9:07 a.m., Jorge Luis Santos, 38, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Santos was arraigned in Family Court.
On 6/8/23 at 8:40 p.m., Brian J. Kerr, 50, of Central Square was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree following an incident in the Village of Central Square. Mr. Kerr was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/8/23 at 10:15 p.m., Brandon S. Schopp,32, of Phoenix was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Schopp was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the OCJ.
