On 6/14/23 at 8:55 a.m., Kristy J. Buskey, 38, of Scriba was arrested based on a Felony Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego City. Ms. Buskey was turned over to Oswego Police Dept for further processing.
On 6/14/23 at 11:00 a.m., Ronald L. Wardhaugh, 32, of Granby was arrested for Attempted Rape, 1stdegree, a class B felony; Criminal Sex Act, 1st degree, a class B felony; Forcible Touching and Endangering the Welfare of a Child stemming from the investigation into an incident that allegedly occurred in the Town of Hannibal in 2018. Mr. Wardhaugh was arraigned in CAP Court.
