Stacy Jr., 42, of 454 Oconnor Road, Oswego, NY was charged with Operation of Motor Vehicle with No Interlock Device and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, 2nd degree following an investigation of a motor vehicle accident that resulted in property damage on 7/12/20. Stacy is scheduled to appear in the Central Square Village Court on 8/19/20.
On 8/8/20 at 1:27 p.m., Jessica L. Vasquez, 32, of 309 W. Broadway, Fulton, NY was arrested based on a Felony Bench Warrant issued out of the Oswego County Probation Department. Vasquez was held to await arraignment in CAP Court.

On 8/9/20 at 8:24 p.m., Candy L. Manwaring, 57, of 445 Myers Road, Oswego, NY was charged with Petit Larceny and 3 counts of Issuing a Bad Check following an investigation into an incident where the victim was given three (3) bad checks from Manwaring. She is scheduled to appear in the Scriba Town Court on 9/10/20.
