Oswego County Sheriff’s Office April 12, 2024

On 4/5/24 at 2:02 p.m., James T. Stephens, 50, of Syracuse was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish.  Mr. Stephens was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 4/5/24 at 6:06 p.m., Christopher M. Saxe, 41, of Hannibal was arrested for Assault, 3rd degree; Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Hannibal.  Mr. Saxe was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 4/6/24 at 3:40 a.m., Matthew R. Buchanan, 35, of Palermo was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Scriba.  Mr. Buchanan was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 4/7/24 at 7:17 p.m., Krisondra L. Lebeau, 40, of Oswego was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego City Court and a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego City Court.  Ms. Lebeau was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 4/8/24 at 12:11 a.m., Eugene J. Lacour, 48, of Corning, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish.  Mr. Lacour was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 4/8/24 at 6:22 a.m., Michael D. Donovan, 44, of Minetto was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of New Haven.  Mr. Donovan was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 4/8/24 at 8:29 a.m., Jeremy R. Ware, 38, of Fulton was arrested based on two Family Court Warrants issued out of Oswego County.  Mr. Ware was arraigned in Family Court and remanded to the OCJ.

On 4/8/24 at 2:53 p.m., Amy M. Place, 38, of Mexico was arrested for 3 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Scriba.  Ms. Place was also arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Palermo. Ms. Place was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 4/9/24 at 10:47 a.m., Josiah M. VanWormer, 32, of Mexico was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following a traffic stop in the Town of Richland.  Mr. VanWormer is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/23/24.

On 4/9/24 at 12:03 p.m., Anthony W. Losito, 37, of Parish was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Cicero Town Court.  Mr. Losito was turned over to the Cicero Police Dept. for further processing.

On 4/9/24 at 10:37 p.m., James J. Roach, 53, of Fulton was arrested For Promoting Prison Contraband, 1st degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Oswego County Correctional Facility.  Mr. Roach is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/24/24.

On 4/10/24 at 4:15 p.m., Kristin E. LaPointe, 37, of Volney was arrested based on a Family Court Warrant issued out of Oswego County and two Bench Warrants issued out of the City of Oswego.  Ms. LaPointe was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 4/11/24 at 2:35 a.m., Daniel P. Hare Jr., 33, of Central Square was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba.  Mr. Hare was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 4/11/24 at 9:04 a.m., Royal T. Simpson, 31, of Adams Center was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, a class B felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 2nd degree, a class A felony following an incident on I81 in the Town of Hastings.  Mr. Simpson was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 4/11/24 at 5:00 p.m., Nathan Allan Flynn, 22, of Oswego was arrested for Criminal Sex Act, 3rddegree, a class E felony and Criminal Sex Act, 1st degree, a class B felony following an incident that allegedly occurred in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Flynn was arraigned in CAP Court.

         At the same time, Mr. Flynn was arrested for Attempted Rape, 2nd degree, a class D felony and Attempted Rape, 1st degree, a class B felony following an incident in the Town of Hannibal.  Mr. Flynn was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 4/12/24 at 10:32 p.m., Christopher M. Youngs, 48, of Watertown was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and a Fugitive from Justice Warrant issued out of the State of Florida following a traffic stop in the Town of Hastings.  Mr. Youngs  was arraigned in CAP Court.
