On 4/12/24 at 1:04 p.m., Thomas E Hibbert, 63, of Oswego was arrested for Falsely Reporting an Incident, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Hibbert is scheduled to be arraigned on 4/26/24 in CAP Court.
On 4/12/24 at 8:19 p.m., Michael A. Whitney, 43, of Mexico was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Mr. Whitney was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/12/24 at 10:51 p.m., Shane Michael Demott, 22, of Fulton was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Demott was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/13/24 at 12:44 a.m., Christina M. Susco, 45, of Oswego was arrested based on two Arrest Warrants issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Ms. Susco was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/13/24 at 10:30 a.m., Christopher J. Johnston, 28, of Constantia was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Wayne County. Mr. Johnston was turned over to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for further processing.
On 4/13/24 at 4:23 p.m., Benjamin C. Kaye, 44, of Venice, FL was arrested for 6 counts of Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following multiple incidents. Mr. Kaye was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/13/24 at 11:33 p.m., John R. Crisafulli, 50, of Scriba was arrested for Burglary, 3rd degree, a class D felony and Criminal Mischief, 2nd degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Oswego. Mr. Crisafulli was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/14/24 at 8:13 a.m., James Craig Blair, 25, of Syracuse was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Volney. Mr. Blair is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/28/24.
On 4/15/24 at 8:58 a.m., David L. Kingsbury, 42, of Fulton was arrested based on two Arrest Warrants issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Kingsbury was arraigned in Family Court.
On 4/15/24 at 10:20 a.m., Barbara L. Dority, 66, of Albion was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree and Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Orwell. Ms. Dority is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/29/24.
On 4/15/24 at 3:58 p.m., Joshua M. Sweeney, 31, of Mallory was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Central Square. Mr. Sweeney was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 4/16/24 at 8:31 a.m., Brett T. Emmert Jr., 42, of Canastota, NY was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Emmert was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/16/24 at 7:12 p.m., Aaron A. Anklin, 35, of Central Square was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Central Square. Mr. Anklin was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/16/24 at 9:34 p.m., Kody L. Barr-Jenkins, 27, of Mexico was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree and Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of New Haven. Mr. Barr-Jenkins was arraigned in CAP Court.
At the same time, Mr. Barr-Jenkins was arrested based on two Bench Warrants, one out of Oswego City Court and one out of Oswego County Court. He was arraigned in CAP Court on the warrants.

On 4/18/24 at 2:51 p.m., Carrie F. Dalton, 44, of Fulton was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Dalton is scheduled to be arraigned on 5/2/24 in CAP Court.
