On 4/18/25 at 10:33 a.m., Michael A. Bucci, 33, of Mexico, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Mr. Bucci was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/19/25 at 10:42 a.m., Jordan James Spencer, 30, of Fulton was arrested for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 3rd degree, a class D felony; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7thdegree; Resisting Arrest; Fleeing an Officer in MV, 3rd degree and multiple V&T violations following an incident in the Town of Parish. Mr. Spencer was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/19/25 at 12:12 p.m., Michael A. Merritt, 36, of Oswego was arrested based on two Bench Warrants issued out of the Town of Scriba. Mr. Merritt was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/19/25 at 9:15 p.m., Thomas L. Deeley, 62, of Blossvale, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Resisting Arrest following an incident in the Town of Amboy. Mr. Deeley is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/3/25.
On 4/21/25 at 2:29 a.m., Tara L. Steele, 39, of Cleveland, NY was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree following an incident in the Town of Constantia. Ms. Steele is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/5/25.
On 4/21/25 at 10:24 p.m., Jessica J. Neilon, 44, of West Monroe was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Central Square. Ms. Neilon was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/22/25 at 5:19 a.m., David R. Clark, 36, of New Haven was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Mr. Clark is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/6/25.
On 4/22/25 at 1:54 p.m., Jennifer A. Davies, 44, of Hannibal was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Scriba. Ms. Davies was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/22/25 at 7:16 p.m., Timothy R. Moss, 36, of Scriba was arrested for Assault, 3rd degree; Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Moss was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/22/25 at 8:21 p.m., Jesus Padua Jr., 26, of Oswego was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Padua is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/6/25.
On 4/23/25 at 11:21 a.m., Daniel J. Johnson, 24, of West Monrow was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Village of Lacona. Mr. Johnson is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/7/25.
On 4/23/25 at 11:22 a.m., Ronald P. Blasier, 30, of Parish was arrested based on two Bench Warrants, one issued out of the Town of Parish, and one issued out of the Town of Amboy. Mr. Blasier was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/23/25 at 3:41 p.m., Dale J. Oatman Jr., 39, of Sandy Creek was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Village of Sandy Creek. Mr. Oatman is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/7/25.
On 4/24/25 at 6:58 a.m., Marlene Pettigrue, 53, of Palermo was arrested for Petit Larceny and Resisting Arrest following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Ms. Pettigrue was arraigned in CAP Court.
