On 3/26/26 at 9:59 p.m., Jason Ronald Votra, 50, of Scriba was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of New York State Parole. Mr. Votra was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/27/26 at 7:06 a.m., Serra C. Longo, 49, of Palermo was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Ms. Longo was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/27/26 at 10:53 a.m., Nicholas Lee McCarty, 29, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Scriba. Mr. McCarty was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/27/26 at 10:58 p.m., Dale J. Oatman Jr., 39, of Watertown was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Jefferson County. Mr. Oatman was turned over to the Watertown PD for further processing.
On 3/28/26 at 3:10 p.m., Nathaniel R. Woods, 26, of Williamstown was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Richland Town Court. Mr. Woods was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/28/26 at 7:12 p.m., Robert Allen Orlosky, 35, of Fulton was arrested for Assault, 3rd degree; Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Criminal Contempt, 1st degree, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Orlosky was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/29/26 at 11:10 a.m., Damien R. Wilbur, 21, of Fulton was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing; Criminal Mischief, 3rd degree, a class E felony and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Wilbur was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/29/26 at 9:05 p.m., Jeffrey D. Yager, 34, of Camden, NY and Francis C. Johnson, 44, of Williamstown were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Williamstown. Mr. Yager and Mr. Johnson are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/12/26.
Mr. Yager was also arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Albion. Mr. Yager was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/29/26 at 10:30 p.m., Alexander J. Congden, 18, of West Monroe was arrested for Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Congden was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/30/26 at 2:04 p.m., Cindy A. Cooper, 63, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Fulton City Court. Ms. Cooper was turned over to the Fulton Police Dept. for further processing.
On 3/30/26 at 8:30 p.m., Renee M. Reynolds, 32, of Baldwinsville, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Fulton City Court. Ms. Reynolds was turned over to the Fulton Police Dept. for further processing.
On 3/31/26 at 12:00 a.m., Daultin A. Martin, 28, of Schroeppel was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Martin was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/31/26 at 2:32 p.m., Jennifer M. Fregoe, 51, of Adams, NY was arrested for 3 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Sandy Creek. Ms. Fregoe is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/14/26.
On 4/1/26 at 5:27 p.m., Charles A. Hutchinson, 42, of Parish was arrested for 3 counts of Reckless Endangerment, 2nd degree; Criminal Mischief, 4th degree; Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Parish. Mr. Hutchinson was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/1/26 at 7:39 p.m., Shawn M. Totman, 25, of Hannibal was arrested for Lewdness; Public Lewdness, 1st degree and 3 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Totman is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/15/26.
On 4/2/26 at 1:06 a.m., Austin C. Sgroi, 25, of Williamstown was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree following an incident that reportedly occurred in February in the Town of Williamstown. Mr. Sgroi is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/16/26.
On 4/2/26 at 1:49 a.m., Konner J. Robinson, 20, of Sandy Creek was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Amboy. Mr. Robinson was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/2/26 at 6:26 p.m., Cory J. Lawyer, 38, of Volney was arrested for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 3rd degree, a class D felony following an incident that reportedly occurred in May 2023 in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Lawyer was arraigned in CAP Court.
