On 3/28/25 at 11:00 a.m., Edwin L. Schlegel II, 53, of Reading, PA was arrested for Tampering with Physical Evidence, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of New Haven. Mr. Schlegel is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/11/25.
On 3/28/25 at 2:50 p.m., Austin Joseph Powell, 32, of Albion was arrested for Sexual Abuse, 1stdegree, a class D felony and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor following an incident in the Town of Volney. Mr. Powell was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/29/25 at 8:28 p.m., Douglas J. Loomis Jr., 27, of Fulton was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree; Audrey J. Souders, 37, of Volney was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree; Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree and Resisting Arrest; and Jeffrey T. Mulcahy, 52, of Volney was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 3rd degree, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Volney. Mr. Loomis and Mr. Mulcahy are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/12/25 and Ms. Souders was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/31/25 at 9:45 a.m., Justin J. Montana, 39, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby. Mr. Montana was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/31/25 at 11:31 a.m., Abigail M. Benson, 21, of Amboy was arrested for Criminal Possess of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Village of Lacona. Ms. Benson is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/14/25.
On 3/31/25 at 12:11 p.m., James E. St. Aubin Jr., 40, of Lacona was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, a class B felony and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nddegree, a class A misdemeanor following an incident in the Town of Sandy Creek. Mr. St. Aubin was arraigned in CAP Court.
At the same time, Mr. St. Aubin was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Sandy Creek. Mr. St. Aubin was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/31/25 at 1:35 p.m., Carrie F. Dalton, 45, of Orwell was arrested for Burglary, 3rd degree, a class D felony and Petit Larceny following an incident in the Village of Central Square. Ms. Dalton was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/31/25 at 9:06 p.m., Renee M. Reynolds, 3, of Baldwinsville was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of West Monroe. Ms. Reynolds was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/1/25 at 1:21 a.m., Matthew A. Laue, 48, of West Monroe was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Laue is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/15/25.
On 4/1/25 at10:20 a.m., Meredith L. Rivera, 47, of Oswego was arrested for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 4th degree, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Rivera was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/1/25 at 7:30 p.m., Robby J. Hollister, 36, of Mexico, NY was arrested for Grand Larceny, 4thdegree, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Hollister is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/15/25.
On 4/2/25 at 1:11 p.m., Wayne T. Brostek Jr., 50, of Syracuse was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Fulton City Court. Mr. Brostek was turned over to the Fulton Police Dept. for further processing.
On 4/2/25 at 3:36 p.m., Larry W. Walker Jr., 42, of Scriba was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree; Petit Larceny and Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Walker was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/3/25 at 9:40 a.m., Rachelle K. Burger, 36, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Hannibal. Ms. Burger was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/3/25 at 9:43 a.m., Jacqueline M. Parks, 63, of Yorkville, NY was arrested for Criminal Impersonation, 2nd degree; Identity Theft, 3rd degree and Petit Larceny following an incident in the Village of Mexico. At the same time, Ms. Parks was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Probation. Ms. Parks was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/4/25 at 9:54 a.m., Michael R. Lavoy, 35, of Hannibal was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby. Mr. Lavoy was arraigned in CAP Court.
