On 3/30/24 at 12:29 p.m., Calvin L. Waite, 48, of Fulton was arrested for Promoting Prison Contraband, 1st degree, a class D felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7thdegree following an incident in the Oswego County Correctional Facility. Mr. Waite was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/2/24 at 3:47 p.m., Brittney Lee Snyder, 25, of Ogdensburg was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Richland. Ms. Snyder was arraigned in CAP Court.
