Oswego County Sheriff’s Office Arrest Report — October 30, 2026

OSWEGO COUNTY — The Oswego County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests in its October 30, 2026 news release. The charges are allegations, not findings of guilt.

On October 23, 2026 at 2:44 p.m., Peter J. VanBuskirk, 47, of Palermo was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Mexico. Mr. VanBuskirk is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on November 6, 2026.

On October 23, 2026 at 4:43 p.m., Whitmon R. Chilson, 46, of Sandy Creek was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Central Square. Mr. Chilson was turned over to the Village of Central Square PD for further processing.

Following the same incident, Jessica K. McClellan, 39, of Sandy Creek was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the NYSP. Ms. McClellan was turned over to the NYSP Fulton for further processing.

Also, Bridget P. Monzel, 43, of Sandy Creek was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Hastings and a Bench Warrant issued out of Jefferson County. Ms. Monzel was arraigned in CAP Court. She was then reportedly transported to the Oswego/Jefferson County line and turned over to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office for further processing.

On October 23, 2026 at 4:48 p.m., Bryon D. Phillips, 41, of West Monroe and Cheyenne E. Little, 32, of Syracuse were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Mexico. Mr. Phillips and Ms. Little are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on November 6, 2026.

On October 23, 2026 at 10:09 p.m., Chad M. Gaffney, 43, of Rodman, NY was arrested for Criminal Impersonation, 2nd degree following an incident in the Village of Sandy Creek. Mr. Gaffney is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on November 6, 2026. Mr. Gaffney was also arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Jefferson County. Mr. Gaffney was turned over to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office for further processing.

Following the same incident, Jamie R. Gordon, 47, of Worth, NY; Erica Lynn Robinson, 40, of Rodman, NY and Ryan D. Weston, 36, of Watertown, NY were all arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree. Mr. Gordon, Ms. Robinson and Mr. Weston are all scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on November 6, 2026.

On October 24, 2026 at 3:22 a.m., Raymond R. Czolowski, 53, of Constantia was arrested for Unlawful Imprisonment, 2nd degree and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Constantia. Mr. Czolowski was arraigned in CAP Court.

On October 24, 2026 at 7:39 a.m., Lee Kristen Jackson, 57, of West Monroe was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Village of Central Square. Ms. Jackson is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on November 7, 2026.

On October 24, 2026 at 9:12 p.m., Austin T. Engebretsen, 26, of Amboy was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following an incident in the Village of Pulaski. Mr. Engebretsen is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on November 7, 2026.

On October 24, 2026 at 9:54 p.m., Katlyn Marie Emmons, 25, of Williamstown was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Ms. Emmons was arraigned in CAP Court.

On October 25, 2026 at 10:43 a.m., Timothy M. Denny, 39, of Altmar was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 3rd degree, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Albion. Mr. Denny is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on November 8, 2026.

On October 25, 2026 at 3:26 p.m., Anthony M. Auringer, 31, of West Monroe was arrested for Attempted Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Auringer is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on November 7, 2026.

On October 25, 2026 at 3:30 p.m., Amanda J. Kelly, 37, of West Monroe was arrested for 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree and Robert J. Hayes III, 40, of Volney was arrested for 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Ms. Kelly and Mr. Hayes are both scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on November 8, 2026.

On October 26, 2026 at 8:32 a.m., Breanna L. Ouderkirk, 35, of Syracuse was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Ms. Ouderkirk was arraigned in CAP Court.

On October 26, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., Rodnay A. Doolittle, 43, of Syracuse was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Mr. Doolittle was arraigned in CAP Court.

On October 26, 2026 at 10:30 a.m., David A. Spencer, 52, of Parish was arrested for 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Parish. Mr. Spencer is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on November 9, 2026.

On October 26, 2026 at 11:10 a.m., Catherine V. Rogers, 25, of Richland was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the City of Oswego. Ms. Rogers was arraigned in CAP Court.

On October 27, 2026 at 2:15 p.m., Jamie R. Gordon, 47, of Worth, NY and Ryan D. Weston, 36, of Watertown, NY were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Village of Lacona. Mr. Gordon and Mr. Weston are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on November 10, 2026.

On October 27, 2026 at 2:18 p.m., Dalton Joseph Crouch, 35, of Granby was arrested for Fleeing an Officer in a Motor Vehicle along with multiple V&T violations following an incident in the Village of Hannibal. Mr. Crouch is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on November 10, 2026.

On October 27, 2026 at 3:25 p.m., McKenzie L. Fitzgerald, 29, of Oswego was arrested based on a Felony Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Oswego. Ms. Fitzgerald was turned over to the Oswego Police Dept. for further processing.

On October 28, 2026 at 8:12 a.m., Markus P. McKenna, 39, of Albion was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. McKenna was arraigned in Family Court.

On October 28, 2026 at 5:21 p.m., Jonathan R. Dennis, 45, of Syracuse, NY was arrested based on a Felony Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Mr. Dennis was arraigned in CAP Court.

On October 29, 2026 at 6:41 a.m., William M. Wright Sr., 49, of Parish was arrested for Menacing, 3rd degree; Unlawful Imprisonment, 2nd degree; Criminal Mischief, 3rd degree, a class E felony and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Parish. Mr. Wright was arraigned in CAP Court.

Mr. Wright was also arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. He was arraigned in CAP Court.

On October 29, 2026 at 3:00 p.m., Jeremy Fuller, 23, of Cleveland, NY was arrested for 2 counts of Rape, 3rd degree, a class E felony; 2 counts of Forcible Touching and 4 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child following incidents that occurred in the Town of Constantia. Mr. Fuller was arraigned in CAP Court.
