On 7/24/25 at 10:57 a.m., Marshall J. Butler, 42, of Mexico, NY was arrested for 2 counts of Failure to Register within 90 days, a class E felony on the Sex Offender Registry. Mr. Butler was also arrested based on two Arrest Warrants, one out of the Town of Sandy Creek and one out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Butler was arraigned in Family Court and then in CAP Court.
On 7/24/25 at 11:09 a.m., Jessica A. Morin, 45, of Central Square was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Hastings. Ms. Morin was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/24/25 at 1:25 p.m., Richard J. Deal, 43, of Parish was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nddegree following an incident in the Town of Parish. Mr. Deal was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/24/25 at 4:02 p.m., Shawn M. Totman, 24, of Hannibal was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree and Criminal Mischief, 2nd degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Totman was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/25/25 at 12:01 a.m., Jonathon D. Pastorell, 36, of North Syracuse was arrested for Unlawful Imprisonment, 2nd degree; Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Parish. Mr. Pastorell was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/25/25 at 1:48 a.m., Louren J. Neves, 40, of Syracuse was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Mr. Neves was arraigned in CAP Court.
Mr. Neves was also arrested for Prison Contraband, 1st degree, a class D felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Oswego County Correctional Facility. Mr. Neves was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/25/25 at 10:27 a.m., Shawn M. Totman, 24, of Hannibal was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nddegree following an incident in the City of Oswego. Mr. Totman was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/25/25 at 10:50 a.m., Jamie L. Darby, 40, of Fulton was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the City of Fulton. Mr. Darby is scheduled to be arraigned in Fulton City Court on 8/7/25.
On 7/25/25 at 1:47 p.m., Louren J. Neves, 40, of Syracuse was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Mr. Neves was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/26/25 at 1:22 a.m., Anthony V. Servidio, 34, of Oswego was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree; 2 counts of Reckless Endangerment, 1st degree, a class D felony; Criminal Mischief, 3rd degree, a class E felony and Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree stemming from an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Servidio was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/26/25 at 7:50 a.m., Zachary William Cook, 25, of Fulton was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Probation. Mr. Cook was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/26/25 at 7:46 p.m., Cody John Barton, 22, of Cicero was arrested for Menacing, 3rd degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Resisting Arrest following an incident in the Town of Parish. Mr. Barton is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/9/25.
On 7/27/25 at 7:47 p.m., Angeline L. Price, 46, of West Monroe was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Village of Central Square Walmart. Ms. Price is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/10/25.
On 7/28/25 at 11:43 a.m., Charles R. Bennett, 33, of Sterling, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Hannibal, an Arrest Warrant out of the Town of Mexico and a Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Oswego. Mr. Bennett was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/28/25 at 3:40 p.m., Jennifer S. Wall, 47, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego City Court and a Felony Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Ms. Wall was arraigned in CAP Court.
At the same time, Ms. Wall was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree, and Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident that reportedly occurred in the City of Oswego. Ms. Wall was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/28/25 at 5:18 p.m., Brandon R. Douglas, 32, of Orwell was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree following an incident in the Town of Richland. Mr. Douglas is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/11/25.
On 7/29/25 at 2:31 a.m., Brad A. Whitford, 43, of Oswego was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree and Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Whitford was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/29/25 at 8:47 a.m., Taylor Judith Ziparo, 31, of Liverpool, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Volney. Ms. Ziparo was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/29/25 at 11:36 p.m., Sarah J. Dupre, 41, of Palermo was arrested for Criminal Tampering, 3rddegree, following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Ms. Dupre was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/30/25 at 2:14 a.m., Trent A. Barnett, 35, of Windsor, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree and 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Loaded Firearm, 2nd degree, a class C felony following an incident in the City of Oswego. Mr. Barnett was arraigned in CAP Court.
Stemming from the same incident, Jeremy W. Hall, 44, of Windsor, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree; Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree-Convicted Felon; Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 3rd degree, a class D felony and 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Loaded Firearm, 2nd degree, a class C felony. Mr. Hall was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/30/25 at 5:33 p.m., Ryan R. Morath, 20, of East Aurora, NY was arrested for Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Morath was arraigned in CAP Court.
At the same time, Mr. Morath was arrested for Forcible Touching following a separate incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Morath is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/13/25.
On 7/31/25 at 3:06 a.m., Mason Joshua Killian, 21, of Baldwinsville, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Killian was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/31/25 at 12:15 p.m., Savannah R. Dobson, 23, of Albion was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Ms. Dobson was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/31/25 at 5:27 p.m., Doug Beale, 65, of Fair Haven was arrested for Burglary, 3rd degree, a class D felony and Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Beale was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/31/25 at 7:47 p.m., Christopher M. Fullmer, 45, of Syracuse was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Albion. Mr. Fullmer was arraigned in CAP Court.
