On 8/6/26 at 5:39 p.m., Edward B. Merriam, 61, of Hannibal was arrested for 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the City of Oswego. Mr. Merriam is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/3/26.
On 8/7/26 at 8:29 a.m., Austin C. Sgroi, 25, of Fulton was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Sandy Creek. Mr. Sgroi was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/7/26 at 12:37 p.m., Angela M. VanBuren, 40, of Hannibal was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant and a Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Oswego. Ms. VanBuren was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/7/26 at 4:32 p.m., Jessica M. Faxon, 41, of Syracuse, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Fulton. Ms. Faxon was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/8/26 at 6:45 p.m., Brooke E. Kingsley, 26, of Hannibal was arrested for Stalking, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Ms. Kingsley was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/9/26 at 2:42 a.m., Michael J. Harris, 19, of Constantia was arrested for 2 counts of Illegal Discharge of a Firearm; 2 counts of Reckless Endangerment, 2nd degree and Prohibited Use of a Weapon, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Constantia. Mr. Harris was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/9/26 at 11:44 a.m., Robert R. Sigler, 35, of East Syracuse was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Schroeppel Court. Mr. Sigler was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/9/26 at 2:29 p.m., Joseph Donald Crossman, 44, of Adams Center, NY was arrested for 2 counts of Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree and 2 counts of Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony following an incident in the Village of Pulaski and an incident in the Town of Sandy Creek. Mr. Crossman was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/9/26 at 7:18 p.m., John E. Swatkowski Sr., 54, of Granby was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of NYS Parole. Mr. Swatkowski was arraigned in Oswego County Court.
On 8/10/26 at 7:23 a.m., Heather Lynn Davis, 32, of Liverpool, NY was arrested based on two Arrest Warrants issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Ms. Davis was arraigned in Family Court.
On 8/10/26 at 10:14 a.m., Joseph V. Schult, 39, of Williamstown was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Hastings. Mr. Schult was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/10/26 at 11:52 a.m., Korrina-Marie C. Keeney, 25, of Amboy and Jeffrey C. Klein, 59, of Westdale were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Albion. Ms. Keeney and Mr. Klein are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/24/26.
On 8/10/26 at 2:24 p.m., Joseph W. Blair, 21, of Oswego was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nddegree and Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony following an incident in the City of Oswego. Mr. Blair was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/11/26 at 2:44 a.m., Rusty S. Hayes, 36, of Cleveland, NY was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree; Resisting Arrest; Harassment, 2nd degree and Fleeing an Officer in a Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Constantia. Mr. Hayes is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/25/26.
On 8/11/26 at 10:42 a.m., Michael J. Norton, 32, of Central Square was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Sandy Creek. Mr. Norton was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/12/26 at 8:50 a.m., Dakota James Rose, 27, of Scriba was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Fulton City Court. Mr. Rose was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/12/26 at 9:21 p.m., Kristen Rae Bates, 32, of West Monroe was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Ms. Bates was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/13/26 at 4:13 a.m., Michael James Dec, 56, of Moravia, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Cayuga County. Mr. Dec was turned over to the Cayuga County Sheriffs’ Office for further processing.
On 8/13/26 at 11:55 a.m., Alan J. Barriger, 48, of West Monroe was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Barriger is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/27/26.
On 8/13/26 at 1:15 p.m., Seth Daniel Bourlier, 25, of Granby was arrested for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 4th degree, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Bourlier is scheduled to be arraigned on 8/27/26 in CAP Court.
On 8/13/26 at 8:22 p.m., Melody A. Tallini, 29, of Palermo was arrested for Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree; Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree and Failure to Safely Store Firearms, 1st degree following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Ms. Tallini was arraigned in CAP Court.
Following the same incident, Warren D. Swanson, 29, of Palermo was arrested for Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree. Mr. Swanson is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/27/26.
On 8/14/26 at 1:00 a.m., Timothy T. Turk, 33, of Syracuse, NY, was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Scriba. Mr. Turk was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/14/26 at 10:00 a.m., Seth Daniel Bourlier, 25, of Granby was arrested based on a Fugitive from Justice Warrant issued out of Portage Borough, State of Pennsylvania. Mr. Bourlier is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court this evening.
