On 8/14/26 at 6:49 p.m., Skylar James Cary, 22, of Cicero was arrested for Vehicular Assault, 1stdegree, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Volney. Mr. Cary was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/15/26 at 7:16 a.m., John A. Hemingway, 51, of Hastings was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree; Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Hemingway was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/15/26 at 11:36 a.m., Kelly L. Rossi, 62, of Palermo was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Rossi is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/29/26.
On 8/15/26 at 5:24 p.m., Andrew S. Jones, 55, of Fulton was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Jones is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/29/26.
On 8/16/26 at 8:10 p.m., Dawn Marie Burdick, 68, of Central Square was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Village of Central Square. Ms. Burdick is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/30/26.
On 8/17/26 at 12:51 a.m., Heather M. Chappell, 51, of West Monroe was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Ms. Chappell was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/17/26 at 6:43 p.m., Ava G. Torres, 19, of Oswego was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the City of Oswego. Ms. Torres was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/18/26 at 10:01 a.m., Tricia S. Boyd, 46, of Westdale, NY, was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of NYSP Oneida. Ms. Boyd was turned over to the NYSP for further processing.
On 8/18/26 at 7:26 p.m., Nino G. Lagares, 28, of Granby was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby. Mr. Lagares was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/19/26 at 3:14 a.m., Louren J. Neves, 42, of Syracuse, NY, was arrested based on two Bench Warrants issued out of the Town of Hastings. Mr. Neves was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/19/26 at 10:56 a.m., Levi F. Hotaling, 40, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Scriba. Mr. Hotaling was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/19/26 at 3:09 p.m., Cody Kevin Thomas, 33, of Ellisburg, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Mr. Thomas was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/20/26 at 10:11 p.m., Jessica Lee Yerdon, 39, of Oswego was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego City Court. Ms. Yerdon was arraigned in CAP Court.
At the same time, Ms. Yerdon was arrested for 3 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Yerdon is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/3/26.
On 8/20/26 at 10:20 p.m., Paul J. Willcox, 36, of Albion was arrested for Petit Larceny and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, following two separate incidents, one in the Town of Hastings and one in the Town of Albion. Mr. Willcox is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/3/26.
