On 8/15/25 at 9:38 p.m., Scott J. Clark, 47, of Johnson City, NY was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Clark was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/16/25 at 2:14 a.m., Ian D. Murdent, 21, of Fabius, NY was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd and Trespass following an incident in the Town of Volney. Mr. Murdent is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/30/25.
On 8/16/25 at 7:01 p.m., Cade R. Thompson, 19, of Liverpool, NY was arrested for Conspiracy, 5thdegree following an incident in the Town of Oswego. Mr. Thompson is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/30/25.
On 8/17/25 at 7:18 p.m., Holly L. Bailey, 40, of Scriba, NY was arrested for Stalking, 4th degree, a class B misdemeanor; Reckless Endangerment; 3 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Bayle was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/18/25 at 10:48 a.m., Jazzmen C. Davis, 25, of Redfield was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Redfield. Ms. Davis is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/1/25.
On 8/18/25 at 8:04 p.m., Kaley L. Tubolino, 19, of Scriba was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Tubolino is scheduled to be arraigned on 9/1/25 in CAP Court.
On 8/19/25 at 9:25 a.m., Nolan R. Webster, 32, of Oswego was arrested for 2 counts of Sex Offender Failure to Report Change, 1st degree, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Richland. Mr. Webster is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/2/25.
On 8/19/25 at 5:30 p.m., James D. Crandall, 51, of Granby was arrested for Unlawful Surveillance, 2nd degree, a class E felony and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Crandall was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 8/20/25 at 1:20 p.m., Kenneth W. McGuinness, 46, of Oswego was arrested based on two Arrest Warrants, one out of the Town of Palermo and one out of the Village of Central Square. Mr. McGuinness was arraigned in CAP Court.

Moffett, 26, of Parish was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree; Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree; Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree; Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 3rd degree, a class D felony and Fleeing an Officer in Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Parish. Ms. Moffett was arraigned in CAP Court.
