On 8/22/26 at 8:47 a.m., Neil P. Murphy, 43, of Phoenix, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Phoenix. Mr. Murphy was arraigned in CAP Court.
Mr. Murphy was also arrested for Resisting Arrest following an incident in the Village of Phoenix. Mr. Murphy is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/5/26.
On 8/23/26 at 7:16 a.m., Shawn M. Woodford, 32, of Scriba was arrested for Menacing, 3rd degree; Harassment, 2nd degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Woodford was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/24/26 at 12:58 a.m., Nico Dias Goncalves, 32, of Pulaski was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Genesee County Family Court. Mr. Goncalves was turned over to the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office for further processing.
On 8/24/26 at 10:50 a.m., Marshall J. Butler, 43, of Mexico, NY was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree; Resisting Arrest; and 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Mexico. Mr. Butler is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/7/26.
On 8/24/26 at 3:08 p.m., David W. Dillabough Jr., 44, of Sandy Creek was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Richland. Mr. Dillabough is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/7/26.
On 8/24/26 at 4:39 p.m., Matthew L. Burnett, 44, of Scriba was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Sandy Creek. Mr. Burnett is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/7/26.
On 8/24/26 at 6:18 p.m., Kristen Rae Bates, 32, of West Monroe was arrested for Burglary, 2nddegree, a class C felony and Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Ms. Bates was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/25/26 at 7:17 a.m., John K. Crawford, 40, of Scriba was arrested based on Bench Warrant issued out of the NYSP Fulton. Mr. Crawford was turned over to the NYSP for further processing.
On 8/25/26 at 1:41 p.m., Jamie C. Burdick, 40, of Adams, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court and an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego City Court. Ms. Burdick was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/25/26 at 2:46 p.m., Michael L. Granger, 41, of Sandy Creek was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Village of Pulaski. Mr. Granger is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/8/26.
On 8/25/26 at 3:12 p.m., Diane L. Curcie, 71, of West Monroe was arrested for Petit Larceny; Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 5th degree and Identity Theft, 3rd degree following an incident in the Village of Central Square. Ms. Curcie is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/8/26.
On 8/25/26 at 4:16 p.m., Clifford J. Gladle, 51, of Scriba was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Gladle is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/8/26.
On 8/25/26 at 11:20 p.m., Devin A. Giammella, 27, of Amboy was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Palermo. Mr. Giammella was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/26/26 at 1:02 a.m., Marissa Jean Lalone, 24, of Copenhagen, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Richland. Ms. Lalone was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/26/26 at 1:07 a.m., Lauren Kate Roach, 44, of Syracuse was arrested for Aggravated Harassment of an Employee by an Inmate, a class E felony following an incident in the City of Oswego. Ms. Roach was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/26/26 at 8:22 a.m., Jacob Thomas Loveall Sr., 29, of Fulton was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of New Haven. Mr. Loveall is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/9/26.
On 8/26/26 at 6:17 p.m., Brandy F. Babcock, 54, of Oswego was arrested for Grand Larceny, 3rddegree, a class D felony; Forgery, 2nd degree, a class D felony; Falsifying Business Records, 1stdegree, a class E felony and Identity Theft, 1st degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Babcock was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/28/26 at 6:50 a.m., Jason M. Goncalves Sr., 45, of Oswego was arrested for Assault, 3rd degree; Menacing, 3rd degree and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Goncalves was arraigned in CAP Court.
At the same time, Mr. Goncalves was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Mr. Goncalves was arraigned in CAP Court.
