On 8/19/25 at 11:14 a.m., McKenzie L. Fitzgerald, 28, of Oswego and Justin L. Scoville, 40, of Red Creek were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, a class B felony following an incident in the City of Oswego. Ms. Fitzgerald and Mr. Scoville were arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/21/25 at 11:44 a.m., Ryan E. Lafave, 43, of Baldwinsville, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Hastings. Mr. Lafave was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/21/25 at 4:03 p.m., Chelsea M. Scheuer, 32, of Mexico, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Central Square. Ms. Scheuer was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/21/25 at 6:25 p.m., George J. Durgan, 41, of Williamstown was arrested for Fleeing an Officer in a Motor Vehicle along with multiple V&T violations following an incident in the Town of Albion. Mr. Durgan is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/4/25.
On 8/22/25 at 7:13 p.m., David T. Losurdo, 67, of Scriba was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree, Menacing, 3rd degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Losurdo
On 8/23/25 at 12:49 a.m., Michael W. VanHorn, 41, of Oswego was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Oswego. Mr. VanHorn was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/23/25 at 2:00 a.m., Cindy A. Cooper, 62, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Fulton. Ms. Cooper was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/24/25 at 1:01 p.m., Anthony M. Auringer, 30, of Schroeppel was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Auringer was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/24/25 at 1:12 p.m., Courtney Lynn Perras, 22, of Fulton was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Onondaga County Probation. Ms. Perras was turned over to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office for further processing.
On 8/24/25 at 4:33 p.m., Sara R. Bolster, 21, of Williamstown was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree following an incident in the Town of Williamstown. Ms. Bolster was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/24/25 at 8:46 p.m., Robert W. Garrison, 48, of Hannibal was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree; Reckless Endangerment, 1st degree, a class D felony; Criminal Obstruction of Breathing; 2 counts of Criminal Mischief, 4th degree and Criminal Trespass, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Garrison was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/25/25 at 3:14 a.m., Anthony M. Auringer, 30, of Schroeppel was arrested for Burglary, 3rddegree, a class D felony and Grand Larceny, 4th degree, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Auringer was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/25/25 at 4:58 p.m., Hannah J. Shortslef, 24, of Hannibal was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Ms. Shortslef was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/25/25 at 7:01 p.m., Madelin M. Feliciano, 32, of Volney was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. Feliciano is scheduled to be arraigned on 9/8/25 in CAP Court.
On 8/26/25 at 5:59 a.m., Jamie L. Brightwell, 38, of Lacona, was arrested based on two Bench Warrants issued out of the City of Oswego. Ms. Brightwell was turned over to the Oswego City PD for further processing.
On 8/26/25 at 6:06 a.m., Jamie Patrick Kimmel, 23, of Syracuse was arrested for 4 counts of Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Richland. Mr. Kimmel was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/26/25 at 3:59 p.m., Jacob Shamaad Gorton, 27, of Oswego was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Gorton was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/26/25 at 5:23 p.m., John X. Bonanni,40, of Pulaski was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Mr. Bonanni was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/27/25 at 5:40 p.m., Natalie F. Avery, 19, of Central Square and Ava Marie Clark, 18, of Hastings were arrested for Conspiracy, 6th degree and Petit Larceny following an incident in the Village of Central Square. Ms. Avery and Ms. Clark are scheduled to be arraigned on 9/10/25 in CAP Court.
On 8/27/25 at 11:36 p.m., Crystal Ann Waugh, 41, of Volney was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Volney. Ms. Waugh is scheduled to be
arraigned on 9/11/25 in CAP Court. At the same time, Ms. Waugh was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Volney and arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/28/25 at 12:24 a.m., Shane T. Cast, 41, of Fulton was arrested for 2 counts of Petit Larceny following two separate incidents in the Town of Volney. Mr. Cast is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/11/25. At the same time, Mr. Cast was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Volney. Mr. Cast was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/28/25 at 9:44 a.m., Colleen Ann McGraw, 56, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Ms. McGraw was arraigned in CAP Court.
