On 8/1/25 at 1:15 p.m., Jesus Padua Jr., 26, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Padua was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/1/25 at 10:28 p.m., Gary C. Prentice, 36, of Hastings was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Prentice was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/2/25 at 11:15 a.m., Robert J. Bevacqua Jr., 28, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Mr. Bevacqua was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/2/25 at 4:16 p.m., Akeem A. Myers, 41, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego City Court. Mr. Myers was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/2/25 at 5:07 p.m., Shawn M. Totman, 24, of Hannibal was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree; Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree and Resisting Arrest following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Totman was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/3/25 at 10:00 a.m., Lucas Ames DeGraff, 35, of Richland was arrested for Fleeing an Officer in a Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Albion. Mr. DeGraff is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/17/25.
On 8/4/25 at 7:06 a.m., Cassondra E. Cummings, 31, and Andrew Kenneth Reith, 29, both of Baldwinsville, NY were arrested for Burglary, 3rd degree, a class D felony and Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Granby.
On 8/4/25 at 3:21 p.m., Russell E. Love III, 61, of Palermo was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Fulton City Court. Mr. Love was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/4/25 at 5:48 p.m., Seth Daniel Bourlier, 24, of Granby was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Fulton City Court. Mr. Bourlier was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/4/25 at 8:40 p.m., April R. Beatty, 30, of Cortland, NY, was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Fulton City Court. Ms. Beatty was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/5/25 at 10:05 a.m., Brad A. Whitford, 43, of Oswego was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree; Resisting Arrest; Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree; Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony and Criminal Contempt, 1st degree, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Whitford was arraigned in Cap Court.
On 8/5/25 at 12:51 p.m., Rachelle K. Burger, 37, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Hannibal. Ms. Burger was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/5/25 at 3:51 p.m., Shane M. Comerford, 36, of Scriba was arrested for Criminal Trespass, 3rddegree and Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Comerford was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/5/25 at 6:11 p.m., Jeremy W. Collins, 41, of Fulton was arrested for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle following an incident in the Town of New Haven. Mr. Collins is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/19/25.
On 8/6/25 at 12:46 a.m., Kellie M. McMahon, 56, Of Granby was arrested for 2 counts of Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. McMahon was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/7/25 at 11:22 a.m., Alison Marie Miller, 29, of Albion, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of New Haven. Ms. Miller is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/21/25.
Stemming from the same incident, Marcus Adam Miller, 31, of Parish was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 5th degree, a class D felony and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree. Mr. Miller is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/21/22.
On 8/7/25 at 10:08 p.m., Michael E. Ritter, 58, of Ray City, GA was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing following an incident in the Town of Volney. Mr. Ritter was arraigned in CAP Court.
