On 7/19/24 at 6:28 p.m., Emily A. Bohannon, 38, of Palermo was arrested for Petit Larceny, Grand Larceny, 4th degree, a class E felony and Identity Theft, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Ms. Bohannon was scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/2/24.
On 7/19/24 at 9:16 p.m., Jesse S. Paventy, 31, of Schroeppel was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Onondaga County Probation. Mr. Paventy was turned over to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office for further processing.
On 7/20/24 at 5:11 a.m., Donna L. Towne, 55, of Central Square was arrested for 3 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Ms. Towne is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/3/24.
On 7/21/24 at 6:24 a.m., James E. St. Aubin Jr., 39, of Lacona was arrested for Menacing, 3rd degree, Obstruction of Emergency Medical Service and Harassment following an incident in the Town of Lacona. Mr. St. Aubin was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/22/24 at 6:35 a.m., Walter C. Belden, 43, of Oswego was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Belden was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/22/24 at 10:40 a.m., Dante A. LaForest, 19, of New Haven was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Constantia. Mr. LaForest was scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/5/24.
On 7/22/24 at 1:55 p.m., Joshua D. Johnson was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Fulton. Mr. Johnson was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/22/24 at 2:14 p.m., Cheryl A. Wolven-Shurtleff, 62, of Oswego was arrested for Criminal Tampering, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Oswego. Ms. Wolven-Shurtleff was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/22/24 at 5:29 p.m., Richard L. Clark, 26, of Fulton was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Clark was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/23/24 at 5:38 p.m., Nathaniel A. Milazzo, 22, of Solvay was arrested for Petit Larceny, Identity Theft, 3rd degree and Unlawful Possession of Personal ID, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Volney. Mr. Milazzo was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/23/24 at 9:49 p.m., Frank P. VanPatten, 52, of Syracuse was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. VanPatten was scheduled to be arraigned on 8/6/24 in CAP Court.
On 7/24/24 at 12:14 a.m., Izabella A. Garbarino, 20, of Camden was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Ms. Garbarino was scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/4/24.
Following the same incident, Christian J. Wojdylalerch, 18, of Leed Center was arrested for Resisting Arrest. Mr. Wojdylalerch was scheduled to be arraigned on 8/4/24 in CAP Court.

On 7/24/24 at 11:50 p.m., David Philip Kline, 27, of Schroeppel was arrested for Promoting Prison Contraband, 1st degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the city of Oswego. Mr. Kline was arraigned in CAP Court on 7/25/24.
On 7/25/24 at 12:50 a.m., Bobbi Lea Skinner, 34, of Massena, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego City Court. Ms. Skinner was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 7/26/24 at 4:52 p.m., Richard M. Hayes, 60, of Phoenix was arrested for Falsely Reporting an Incident, 2nd degree, a class E felony following an incident in the Village of Phoenix. Mr. Hayes is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/9/24.
On 7/27/24 at 10:48 a.m., Mark Robert Coffin, 37, of Orwell was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Mr. Coffin is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/10/24.
On 7/27/24 at 12:43 p.m., David M. Davis, 52, of Parish was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree; Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Unlawful Imprisonment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Parish. Mr. Davis was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/28/24 at 6:05 p.m., Jennifer A. Seabury, 40, of Volney was arrested for Fleeing an Officer in Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree along with multiple V&T violations following an incident in the Town of Volney. Ms. Seabury is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/11/24.
On 7/29/24 at 11:12 a.m., Jonah Christopher Brown, 43, of Pulaski was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Mr. Brown was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/29/24 at 12:10 p.m., Jodi R. Woodard, 39, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby. Ms. Woodard was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/29/24 at 2:00 p.m., Christopher J. Miller, 40, of Parish was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Mr. Miller is scheduled to be arraigned on 8/12/24 in CAP Court. Mr. Miller was also arrested based on two Bench Warrants, one out of City of Fulton and one out of NYSP Hastings. He was arraigned in CAP Court for the warrants.
Based on the Same incident, Zachary Allen Kelley, 30, of Clay, NY was arrested for Petit Larceny. Mr. Kelley is also scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/12/24.

On 7/30/24 at 1:55 a.m., Carl R. Weller, 21, of Granby was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following an incident in the City of Oswego. Mr. Weller was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/30/24 at 11:00 a.m., Gabriel T. Stone, 43, of Richland was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Stone was arraigned in Family Court.
On 7/30/24 at 4:10 p.m., Anthony D. LaPoint, 36, of Granby was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 3rd degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. LaPoint was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/30/24 at 4:26 p.m., Kenneth Harold Myers Sr., 86, of Fulton was arrested for Making a Terroristic Threat, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Volney. Mr. Meyers was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/30/24 at 6:09 p.m., Jeffrey E. Isbell Jr., 33, of Mexico was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Mr. Isbell is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/13/24.
On 7/30/24 at 11:59 p.m., Jarid A. Pitre, 29, of Baldwinsville was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Mr. Pitre was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/31/24 at 11:33 a.m., Carl R. Weller, 21, of Granby was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Weller is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/14/24.
On 7/31/24 at 12:55 p.m., Luis A. Dailey, 34, of Scriba was arrested based on two Arrest Warrants, one out of the Town of Granby and one out of NYS Parole. Mr. Dailey was arraigned in CAP Court.
Mr. Dailey was also arrested for Criminal Impersonation, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Dailey is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/14/24.
