Oswego County Sheriff’s Office Blotter — November 6, 2026

OSWEGO COUNTY – The Oswego County Sheriff’s Office released the following arrest information on November 6, 2026. All entries below are attributed to the Sheriff’s Office. Charges are allegations, and defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

On 10/31/26 at 9:09 a.m., Lynn Ann Blasier, 54, of West Monroe and Chelsea M. Scheuer, 33, of Vienna were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Patrick J. Scheuer, 35, of Hastings was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 3rd degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Ms. Blasier and Ms. Scheuer are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 11/14/26. Mr. Scheuer was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 10/31/26 at 2:08 p.m., Marian W. Attia, 38, of Lacona was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Village of Lacona. Ms. Attia was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 11/01/26 at 1:04 a.m., Michael G. Young, 39, of Granby was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree and Criminal Mischief, 3rd degree, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Young was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 11/2/26 at 9:16 a.m., Damien D. Bolster, 24, of Williamstown was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Mexico Town Court. Mr. Bolster was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 11/2/26 at 3:41 p.m., Shawn M. Donoghue, 38, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out The Town of Mexico. Mr. Donoghue was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 11/2/26 at 4:25 p.m., Antonio D. Goncalves, 52, of Albion was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of New Haven. Mr. Goncalves was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 11/2/26 at 10:36 p.m., Kathleen E. Wood, 55, of West Monroe was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Ms. Wood was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 11/3/26 at 1:02 a.m., Robert W. Ballard, 46, of Baldwinsville, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Phoenix. Mr. Ballard was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 11/3/26 at 8:03 a.m., Joseph D. Butera, 27, of Hastings was arrested for Sex Offender Failure to Report Change, 1st degree, a class E felony and based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Hastings. Mr. Butera was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 11/3/26 at 10:23 a.m., Nathaniel D. Stock, 50, of Hastings was arrested for Level 3 Sex Offender Duty to Register and to Verify, a class D felony; Sex Offender Failure to Report Change, 1st degree, a Class E felony and based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Hastings. Mr. Stock was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 11/3/26 at 10:51 a.m., Tammy M. Stewart, 47, of Richland was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 3rd degree, a class E felony; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Criminal Tampering, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Richland. Ms. Stewart was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 11/3/26 at 2:30 p.m., Mary Ann Firenze, 31, of Granby was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. Firenze is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 11/17/26.

On 11/4/26 at 1:00 p.m., Carl Ransom Mowers, 59, of West Monroe was arrested for Tampering with Physical Evidence, a class E felony and Possession of Sexual Performance by a Child, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Mowers is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 11/18/26.

On 11/4/26 at 2:08 p.m., Brooke E. Kingsley, 26, of Hannibal was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Ms. Kingsley is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 11/18/26.

On 11/4/26 at 9:09 p.m., Devon Patrick Crego, 34, of Hannibal was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Crego was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 11/5/26 at 7:27 p.m., Mason T. Denny, 21, of Richland was arrested for Rape, 1st degree, a class B felony; 2 counts of Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Assault, 2nd degree, a class D felony following three separate incidents that reportedly occurred in the Town of Richland. Mr. Denny was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 11/6/26 at 5:48 a.m., Zachary M. Barzee, 31, of New Haven was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico Court. Mr. Barzee was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 11/6/26 at 10:19 a.m., John D. Mizzoni, 61, of Oswego was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. The release says Mr. Mizzoni was scheduled to be arraigned on November 6, 2026.
