On 12/5/25 at 8:56 a.m., Arleigh M. Hager, 55, of Fulton was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nddegree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Hager is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 12/20/25.
On 12/6/25 at 1:48 a.m., Courtney M. Race, 35, of Schroeppel was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Ms. Race is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 12/20/25.
On 12/6/25 at 1:25 p.m., Jazzmen C. Davis, 26, of Redfield was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of NYSP in Sylvan Beach. Ms. Davis was turned over to the NYSP for further processing.
On 12/6/25 at 5:13 p.m., Kathleen N. Schneider, 37, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of New Haven. Ms. Schneider was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/7/25 at 3:28 p.m., Emily A. Bohannon, 40, of Palermo was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Schroeppel. Ms. Bohannon was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/7/25 at 9:49 p.m., Cristian Martinez Lopez, 32, of Canton, OH was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree and Resisting Arrest following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Martinez Lopez is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 12/21/25.
On 12/8/25 at 3:16 p.m., Christopher A. Burr, 39, of Schroeppel was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Village of Phoenix. Mr. Burr is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 12/22/25.
At the same time, Mr. Burr was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the City of Oswego. Mr. Burr was turned over to Oswego Police Department for further processing.
On 12/8/25 at 4:58 p.m., Dylan M. Mannise, 24, of New Haven was arrested for Vehicular Manslaughter, 2nd degree, a class D felony following an incident that reportedly occurred in September 2025 in the Town of New Haven. Mr. Mannise was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/9/25 at 7:23 p.m., Holly Luanne Bailey, 40, of Scriba was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby. Ms. Bailey was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/10/25 at 9:59 p.m., Rickey R. Bryant, 47, of Constantia was arrested for Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Richland. Mr. Bryant was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/11/25 at 8:39 p.m., Kenneth C. Ferris, 54, of Volney was arrested for Grand Larceny, 3rddegree, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Volney. Mr. Ferris was arraigned in CAP Court.
At the same time, Mr. Ferris was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the City of Oswego. He was arraigned in CAP Court for the warrant.
