On 12/7/24 at 2:32 p.m., Brandy L. Durgan, 28, of Lacona was arrested for Resisting Arrest and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Village of Pulaski. Ms. Durgan is scheduled to be arraigned on 12/21/24 in CAP Court.
On 12/7/24 at 11:07 p.m., Scott N. Spath, 30, of Oswego was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree following an incident in the Town of Oswego. Mr. Spath is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 12/21/24.
On 12/8/24 at 4:17 p.m., Sophia A. Smith, 21, of Fulton was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident that occurred in the Town of Minetto. Ms. Smith is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 12/22/24.
On 12/9/24 at 3:46 p.m., William J. Beach, 57, of Hannibal was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Beach is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 12/23/24.
On 12/10/24 at 6:00 a.m., Calyx A. Estep, 26, of West Monroe was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Estep was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/10/24 at 10:11 a.m., Bridget P. Monzel, 41, of Fulton was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 3rd degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Sandy Creek. Ms. Monzel was also arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby and Arrest Warrant issued out of the NYSP. Ms. Monzel was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/11/24 at 2:08 a.m., Christian A. Lasell, 23, of Richland was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Norwich. Mr. Lasell was turned over to the Norwich PD for further processing.
On 12/11/24 at 11:16 a.m., James G. Hunter III, 26, of Syracuse was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Mr. Hunter was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/11/24 at 11:33 p.m., David A. Hill, 54, of Volney was arrested for Criminal Impersonation, 2nddegree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 5th degree, a class D felony following an incident in the City of Oswego. Mr. Hill was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/12/24 at 11:47 a.m., Nicholas Lee McCarty, 28, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of SUNY Police Upstate Medical. Mr. McCarty was turned over to SUNY Police Upstate Medical for further processing.
On 12/12/24 at 12:35 p.m., John Dewey Hill, 48, of New Haven was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident that reportedly occurred in the Town of New Haven on 8/13/24. Mr. Hill is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 12/26/24.
On 12/12/24 at 10:26 p.m., Taylor Judith Ziparo, 30, of Minetto was arrested for Petit Larceny stemming from an incident that reportedly occurred in the Town of Volney. Ms. Ziparo is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 12/26/24.
At the same time, Ms. Ziparo was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Oswego. Ms. Ziparo was turned over to Oswego City Police Dept for further processing.
