On 12/12/25 at 3:21 p.m., Julianna Maria Perez, 24, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby Court. Ms. Perez was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/12/25 at 10:13 p.m., Tristina M. Hayden, 32, of Fulton was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby. Ms. Hayden was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/13/25 at 12:36 p.m., Louren J. Neves, 41, of Syracuse was arrested for Criminal Trespass 2nddegree and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Neves was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/14/25 at 9:57 a.m., Dean L. Crandall, 19, of Syracuse was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Crandall was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/15/25 at 6:59 a.m., James V. McCombs, 36, of Amboy was arrested for Tampering with Physical Evidence, a class E felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Amboy. Mr. McCombs was arraigned in CAP Court.
At the same time, Mr. McCombs was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego City. Mr. McCombs was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/15/25 at 3:30 p.m., Morgan E. Phelps, 28, of Oswego was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Minetto. Ms. Phelps is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 12/29/25.
On 12/15/25 at 5:30 p.m., Racheal L. Degroff, 53, of Granby was arrested for Grand Larceny, 3rddegree, a class D felony; Forgery, 2nd degree, a class D felony and Identity Theft, 1st degree, a class D felony following an incident in the City of Oswego. Ms. Degroff was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/16/25 at 10:57 a.m., Zachary Allen Kelley, 32, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Palermo. Mr. Kelley was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/16/25 at 12:33 p.m., William S. Neville, 21, of Volney was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of New Haven. Mr. Neville was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/16/25 at 3:12 p.m., Jamie L. Casey, 38, of Schroeppel was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Cicero. Mr. Casey was turned over to the Cicero PD for further processing.
On 12/17/25 at 11:20 p.m., Damien S. Lenhardt, 44, of Syracuse was arrested based on two Arrest Warrants issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Lenhardt was arraigned in Oswego County Family Court.
On 12/18/25 at 9:41 p.m., Patrick R. Hart, 39, of Phoenix, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Probation. Mr. Hart was arraigned in CAP Court
