On 12/19/25 at 3:12 p.m., Eugene Josephel LaCour, 50, of Sandy Creek was arrested for Petit Larceny and Grand Larceny, 4th degree, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Richland. Mr. LaCour is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 1/2/26.
On 12/20/25 at 1:19 p.m., Bryon D. Phillips, 40, of West Monroe was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, a class B felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Parish. Mr. Phillips was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/20/25 at 6:38 p.m., Christine V. McClusky, 52, of Hastings and Charles J. Morey, 48, of Williamstown were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Ms. McClusky and Mr. Morey are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 1/3/26.
On 12/20/25 at 8:01 p.m., Brad A. Whitford, 43, of Oswego was arrested for Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony; Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree; Resisting Arrest and Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree following an incident in the City of Oswego. Mr. Whitford was arraigned in CAP Court.
At the same time, Mr. Whitford was arrested for Criminal Tampering, 3rd degree following an incident in the City of Oswego. Mr. Whitford is scheduled to be arraigned in Oswego City CAP Court on 1/6/26.
On 12/21/25 at 5:06 a.m., Martin D. Mattice, 40, of Schroeppel was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree; Criminal Contempt, 1st degree, a class E felony and Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Mattice was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/21/25 at 3:40 p.m., Arthur W. Hyde, 69, of Fulton was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Volney. Mr. Hyde is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 1/4/26.
On 12/22/25 at 12:56 a.m., Nathan M. Novak, 35, of New Haven was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Novak is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 1/5/26.
On 12/22/25 at 3:20 p.m., Jack D. Hayden, 49, of Syracuse was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 3rddegree, a class E felony; False Personation; Possession of Burglar Tools; Auto Stripping, 3rd degree; Petit Larceny and Trespass following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Hayden is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 1/5/26.
On 12/23/25 at 12:40 a.m., Brandon R. Douglas, 32, of Orwell was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Richland. Mr. Douglas was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/23/25 at 10:45 a.m., Patricia L. Becker, 65, of Sterling was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. Becker is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 1/6/26.
On 12/24/25 at 3:17 a.m., Richard Alan Wilder, 57, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Wilder was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/24/25 at 7:59 p.m., Stacey C. Hover, 39, of Pulaski was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree following an incident in the Village of Lacona. Ms. Hover was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/25/25 at 9:56 p.m., Randy D. Cottrill, 40, of Spencer, NY was arrested for Falsely Reporting an Incident, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Volney. Mr. Cottrill is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 1/8/26.
On 12/26/25 at 7:41 a.m., Emily J. DeGroff, 38, of Granby was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree; Reckless Endangerment and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. DeGroff was arraigned in CAP Court.
