On 11/21/25 at 4:10 p.m., Chad M. Leroy, 37, of Oswego was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Leroy was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/21/25 at 2:41 a.m., Kaleb M. Lebeau, 29, of Albion was arrested for 4 counts of Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree and one count of Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Lebeau was arraigned in CAP Court.
At the same time, Mr. Lebeau was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Scriba. Mr. Lebeau was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/22/25 at 6:24 p.m., Dale J. Oatman Jr., 39, of Watertown was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Sandy Creek and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree. Mr. Oatman was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/22/25 at 10:20 p.m., Branigan H. Paye-Walker, 23, of Oswego was arrested for Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Paye-Walker was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/23/25 at 1:58 a.m., James Henry Moore, 58, of Albion was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Albion. Mr. Moore is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 12/7/25.
On 11/23/25 at 12:05 p.m., Erica L. Wilbur, 39, of Mexico was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Onondaga County. Ms. Wilbur was turned over to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office for further processing.
On 11/23/25 at 5:16 p.m., Jonathon D. Pastorell, 36, of North Syracuse, NY was arrested for Tampering with Physical Evidence, a class E felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Parish. Mr. Pastorell was arraigned in CAP Court.
At the same time, Mr. Pastorell was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oneida County. He was arraigned in CAP Court.
Mr. Pastorell was also arrested for Grand Larceny, 4th degree, a class E felony and an Arrest Warrant issued out of the City of Oswego. He was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/25/25 at 12:08 p.m., Joshua R. Haskins Jr., 18, of Granby was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Haskins is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 12/9/25.
On 11/26/25 at 7:17 a.m., James R. St. Aubin Sr., 67, of Lacona was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego City Court. Mr. St. Aubin was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/26/25 at 9:48 a.m., Kimberly Rose Munro, 35, of Syracuse was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Redfield. Ms. Munro was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/26/25 at 4:43 p.m., Jenna Mary Boyle, 32, of Granby was arrested based on two Bench Warrants issued out of the Town of Granby. Ms. Boyle was arraigned in CAP Court.
At the same time, Ms. Boyle was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. Boyle is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 12/10/25.
On 11/26/25 at 9:30 p.m., Rory Guy Ingoldby, 56, of Schroeppel was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration following an incident in the Village of Phoenix. Mr. Ingoldby is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 12/10/25.
On 11/27/25 at 4:45 p.m., Jacob Robert Russell, 26, of North Syracuse was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Russell was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/28/25 at 8:18 p.m., Shane A. Searor, 40, of Scriba was arrested for Assault, 3rd degree; Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Searor was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/29/25 at 1:42 p.m., Kenneth M. Conner, 48, of Hannibal was arrested for Menacing, 3rd degree; Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Criminal Tampering, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Conner was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/30/25 at 2:39 a.m., David W. Dillabough Jr., 43, of Sandy Creek was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Sandy Creek. Mr. Dillabough was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/30/25 at 7:38 a.m., Ralph Lee Parsons, 47, of Oswego was arrested for Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Volney. Mr. Parsons is scheduled to be arraigned on 12/14/25 in CAP Court.
On 11/30/25 at 10:01 p.m., Christopher J. Izyk, 40, of Granby was arrested for Criminal Trespass, 2nddegree; Criminal Mischief, 4th degree; Criminal Tampering, 3rd degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Izyk was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/1/25 at 1:31 p.m., Donald John McDonald, 29, of Syracuse was arrested for Reckless Endangerment, 2nd degree; Resisting Arrest and Fleeing an Officer in Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree following an incident that reportedly began in the Town of Oswego. Mr. McDonald is scheduled to be arraigned in Oswego City Court on 12/18/25.
On 12/1/25 at 2:03 p.m., Austin C. Sgroi, 25, of Williamstown was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Williamstown. Mr. Sgroi is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 12/15/25.
On 12/1/25 at 4:18 p.m., Mark A. Harper, 41, of Parish was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of New Haven. Mr. Harper was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/2/25 at 10:00 a.m., Juan J. Barada, 20, of Oswego was arrested for 4 counts of Sex Offender Failure to Report Change, a class E felony based on the Sex Offender Registration Act of Correction Law. Mr. Barada is scheduled to be arraigned on 1/8/26 in CAP Court.
At the same time, Mr. Barada was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Mr. Barada was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/3/25 at 3:43 p.m., Eshine M. Smith, 26, of Calcium, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Ms. Smith was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/3/25 at 11:16 p.m., Amy E. Brown, 38, of Scriba was arrested for Grand Larceny, 4th degree, a class E felony and Identity Theft, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Brown was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/4/25 at 12:55 a.m., Raymond J. Barrett, 30, of Richland was arrested for Unlawful Imprisonment, 2nd degree; Criminal Mischief, 4th degree; Harassment, 2nd degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Barrett was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/4/25 at 1:13 a.m., Jorge L. Santos, 41, of Oswego was arrested based on two Arrest Warrants, both issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Santos was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/4/25 at 2:39 a.m., Abbey V. Slack, 33, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Fulton City Court. Ms. Slack was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/4/25 at 4:00 a.m., James G. Jolliffe, 49, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Mr. Jolliffe was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/4/25 at 12:36 p.m., Robert N. Wardhaugh, 39, of Hannibal was arrested based on the Sex Offender Registration Act of Correction Law and reportedly charged with Failure to Report
Change and Failure to Verify Address, both class E felonies. Mr. Wardhaugh was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/5/25 at 7:04 a.m., Tanya M. Searle, 38, of Fulton was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Hastings. Ms. Searle was arraigned in CAP Court.
