On 2/6/26 at 11:00 a.m., Shane M. Comerford, 37, of Scriba was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Scriba. Mr. Comerford was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/6/26 at 12:34 p.m., Deraysha S. McGee, 41, of Syracuse was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Central Square. Ms. McGee was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/7/26 at 11:22 a.m., Heather J. Laracuente, 46, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Scriba. Ms. Laracuente was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/7/26 at 9:50 p.m., Jayden M. Wight, 20, of Schroeppel was arrested for Menacing, 3rd degree and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Wight was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/8/26 at 4:49 a.m., Jeffrey E. Isabell, 56, of Mexico was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Salina. Mr. Isabell was turned over to the NYSP for further processing.
On 2/9/26 at 4:28 p.m., Simon P. Bureau, 37, of Pulaski was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Sandy Creek. Mr. Bureau was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/9/26 at 8:19 p.m., Mark Anthony Rand, 33, of Rochester, NY was arrested for 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, a class B felony; Criminal Possession of Narcotic Drug, 4th degree, a class C felony; Tampering with Physical Evidence, a class E felony and Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree following an incident in the City of Fulton. Mr. Rand was arraigned in CAP Court.
Mr. Rand was also arrested for Tampering with Physical Evidence, a class E felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 4th degree, a class C felony following a separate incident in the City of Oswego. Mr. Rand was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/10/26 at 6:23 a.m., Simon P. Bureau, 37, of Pulaski was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Sandy Creek. Mr. Bureau was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/10/26 at 10:20 a.m., Christine V. McClusky, 52, of Hastings was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 5th degree, a class D felony; and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Ms. McClusky was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/11/26 at 6:10 a.m., Daniel C. Pultz, 30, of Oswego was arrested for Criminal Impersonation, 2nddegree following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Pultz is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 2/25/26.
On 2/11/26 at 2:43 p.m., Joshua R. Ralston, 41, of Orwell was arrested for Failure to Report Change, a class E felony based on the Sex Offender Registry of Corrections Law following an incident in the Town of Orwell. Mr. Ralston is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 2/25/26.
On 2/11/26 at 2:50 p.m., Danny V. Thai, 38, of Jordan, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby. Mr. Thai was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/11/26 at 5:19 p.m., Colleen Marie Barker, 33, of Oswego was arrested for Conspiracy, 4th degree, a class E felony; Tampering with Physical Evidence, a class E felony; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, a class B felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, a class B felony following an incident that reportedly began in the Town of Oswego. Ms. Barker was arraigned in CAP Court.
Stemming from the same incident, Zachary Ryan Bentley, 27, of Schroeppel was arrested for Conspiracy, 4th degree, a class E felony; Tampering with Physical Evidence, a class E felony; 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, a class B felony; Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree; Resisting Arrest; and Fleeing an Officer in MV, 3rd degree. Mr. Bentley was arraigned in CAP Court. Mr. Bentley was also arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. He was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/12/26 at 7:38 p.m., Terrance L. Johnson, 27, of Oswego was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Scriba. Mr. Johnson was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/13/26 at 7:49 a.m., Douglas H. Furbeck, 34, of Oswego was arrested for Menacing, 3rd degree; Criminal Contempt, 1st degree, a class E felony and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the City of Oswego. Mr. Furbeck is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on today’s date.
On 2/13/26 at 8:13 a.m., Kyle L. Dodge, 25, of Oswego was arrested for 4 counts of Sex Offender Failure to Register, a class E felony based off the Sex Offender Registry of Corrections Law following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Dodge is scheduled to be arraigned on 2/27/26 in CAP Court.
