On 2/13/26 at 1:37 p.m., Amy Katherine Petit, 63, of Mexico was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Ms. Petit was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/15/26 at 1:48 p.m., Nico Dias Goncalves, 31, of Pulaski was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence, a class E felony and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 3rd degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Mr. Goncalves was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/15/26 at 11:57 p.m., Arthur J. LaDuke Jr., 54, of Palermo was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree; and 2 counts of Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident in the Village of Phoenix. Mr. LaDuke is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 3/1/26.
Following the same incident, Donald D. Obey, 50, of Palermo was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree. Mr. Obey is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 3/1/26.
On 2/16/26 at 11:03 p.m., Kenneth L. Sweeting, 47, of Amboy was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oneida County. Mr. Sweeting was turned over to the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office for further processing.
On 2/17/26 at 9:35 a.m., Joseph W. Blair, 20, of Fulton was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 3rd, a class D felony; Menacing, 2nd degree and Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Blair was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/17/26 at 10:42 a.m., David W. Dillabough Jr., 43, of Sandy Creek was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Mr. Dillabough was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/17/26 at 1:50 p.m., Scott A. Williams-Clark, 25, of Phoenix, NY was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree and Resisting Arrest following an incident in the Town of Volney. Mr. Williams-Clark is scheduled to be arraigned on 3/3/26 in CAP Court.
On 2/17/26 at 4:12 p.m., Heather M. Barrett, 34, of Orwell was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree following an incident in the Town of Orwell. Ms. Barrett was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/18/26 at 10:21 a.m., Thomas J. West, 39, of Oswego was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 1stdegree, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. West was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/18/26 at 3:40 p.m., Alisha Alice Stevens, 28, of Oswego was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of New Haven. Ms. Stevens was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/18/26 at 3:44 p.m., Shane S. Goncalves, 39, of Pennellville, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 5th degree following an incident that began in the Village of Phoenix. Mr. Goncalves is scheduled to be arraigned on 3/4/26 in CAP Court.
On 2/18/26 at 4:38 p.m., Luke D. Smith, 40, of Mexico was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Mr. Smith was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/18/26 at 5:11 p.m., Darrell T. Orr, 58, of Granby was arrested for Sexual Misconduct and Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Orr was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/18/26 at 7:53 p.m., Michael A. Middleton, 28, of Scriba was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nddegree and Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Middleton was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/19/26 at 11:06 a.m., John M. DeSantis,44, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Mr. DeSantis was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/19/26 at 11:06 a.m., Tiffany N. Rutledge, 26, of Nedrow, NY, was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of West Monroe. Ms. Rutledge was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/19/26 at 1:56 p.m., Jonathon D. Pastorell, 37, of North Syracuse, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Mr. Pastorell was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/19/26 at 4:09 p.m., Jennifer M. Peronne, 45, of Scriba was arrested for Overdriving, Torturing, and Injuring animals, failure to provide proper sustenance of the Agriculture and Markets Law following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Peronne is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 3/5/26.
On 2/19/26 at 7:37 p.m., Aliyah Marie Smash, 24, of Syracuse, NY was arrested for Falsely Reported Incident, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Amboy. Ms. Smash is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 3/5/26.
On 2/19/26 at 11:50 p.m., Danniel S. Spanagel, 32, of Granby was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Fulton. Mr. Spanagel was turned over to the Fulton City Police Dept. for further processing.
