On 2/13/25 at 5:11 p.m., Zachary L. Kush, 30, of Red Creek was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Phoenix. Mr. Kush was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/14/25 at 10:17 p.m., Jeffrey S. Passino, 45, of Hastings was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nddegree and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Passino was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/15/25 at 12:45 p.m., Jerry R. Wheeler, 35, of Sandy Creek was arrested for Conspiracy, 5thdegree; Possession of Burglar Tools; Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 3rd degree, a class D felony and Tampering with Physical Evidence, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Mexico. Mr. Wheeler was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/20/25 at 10:31 a.m., Summer M. R Babcock, 20, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby. Ms. Babcock was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/20/25 at 12:42 p.m., Eshine M. Smith, 25, of Calcium was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Ms. Smith was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/20/25 at 1:38 p.m., Jesse J. Robinson, 35, of Williamstown was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Williamstown. Mr. Robinson is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 3/6/25.
On 2/20/25 at 3:56 p.m., Padrie A. Schneider, 24, of Cicero was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Ms. Schneider was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/20/25 at 4:50 p.m., Chauncey J. Pray, 35, of Hammond, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Central Square. Mr. Pray was arraigned in CAP Court.
