On 2/21/26 at 12:20 p.m., Brandon K. Allen, 33, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Mr. Allen was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/21/26 at 3:26 p.m., Hannah J. Shortslef, 24, of Granby was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Hannibal. Ms. Shortslef was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/22/26 at 5:48 a.m., Carmen K. Ortiz, 44, of Syracuse, NY was arrested for Criminal Trespass, 3rddegree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Ms. Ortiz was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/22/26 at 10:06 a.m., Kelly L. Rossi, 62, of Scriba was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego City Court. Ms. Rossi was turned over to the Oswego Police Dept. for further processing.
On 2/22/26 at 12:48 p.m., Lorraine N. Westcott, 40, of Cleveland, NY was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Constantia. Ms. Westcott is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 3/8/26.
On 2/23/26 at 4:31 p.m., Justin A. Storto, 30, of New Haven was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of New Haven. Mr. Storto was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/24/26 at 9:12 a.m., Joshua D. Montclair, 42, of Parish was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Montclair is scheduled to be arraigned on 3/10/26 in CAP Court.
On 2/24/26 at 9:58 p.m., Jimmie H. Brow, 48, of Sandy Creek was arrested based on two Fugitive from Justice Warrants issued out of Monroe County, State of Pennsylvania. Mr. Brow was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/24/26 at 3:36 p.m., Jeffrey C. Klein, 58, of Westdale, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Amboy. Mr. Klein was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/24/26 at 3:36 p.m., Patrick J. Williams, 50, of Central Square was arrested for 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, a class B felony: Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 2nd degree, a class A felony and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nddegree following an incident in the Town of Mexico. Mr. Williams was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/24/26 at 4:13 p.m., Karen M. Hall, 48, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Scriba. Ms. Hall was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/25/26 at 8:34 a.m., William James Dunn, 31, of Oswego was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 1stdegree, a class E felony; Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree and Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Dunn was arraigned in CAP Court.
At the same time, Mr. Dunn was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Palermo. Mr. Dunn was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/25/26 at 4:41 p.m., Jennifer A. Davies, 44, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Ms. Davies was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/26/26 at 2:48 p.m., Ronald W. Bartlett, 49, of Oswego was arrested for Unlawful Imprisonment, 2nd degree; Obscenity, 3rd degree and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the City of Oswego. Mr. Bartlett was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/26/26 at 3:04 p.m., Serra C. Longo, 49, of Palermo was arrested for 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, a class B felony following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. Longo was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/27/26 at 1:36 a.m., William B. King, 38, of Scriba was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree; Reckless Endangerment, 1st degree, a class D felony; Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree; 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. King was arraigned in CAP Court.
