On 2/21/25 at 2:59 p.m., Nathan M. Novak, 34, of New Haven was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, a class B felony and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nddegree following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Novak was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/22/25 at 3:27 p.m., Brandon R. Ouderkirk, 39, of Minetto was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree and Resisting Arrest following an incident in the Town of Minetto. Mr. Ouderkirk is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 3/8/25.
At the same time, Mr. Ouderkirk was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Ouderkirk was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/22/25 at 6:42 p.m., Louren J. Neves, 40, of Syracuse was arrested based on two Arrest Warrants, one out of the Town of Parish and one out of the Village of Central Square. Mr. Neves was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/23/25 at 11:11 a.m., David Scott Ricker, 59, of Volney was arrested for Possession of Forged Instrument, 2nd degree, a class D felony and 4 counts of Possession of Forged Instrument, 1st degree, a class C felony following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Ricker was arraigned in CAP Court.
At the same time, Mr. Ricker was arrested for Possession of a Forged Instrument, 2nd degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Ricker was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/23/25 at 10:23 p.m., Benjamin J. Crouch, 36, of West Monroe was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Crouch was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/24/25 at 8:13 a.m., Briana K. McCarthy, 42, of Palermo was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Hastings. Ms. McCarthy was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/24/25 at 10:53 a.m., Jeffrey E. Isabell Jr., 34, of Mexico was arrested based on a Fugitive from Justice Warrant issued out of the State of Florida. Mr. Isabell was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/24/25 at 7:58 p.m., Sarahmae R. Haskins, 40, of Fulton was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. Haskins is scheduled to be arraigned on March 10, 2025.
On 2/25/25 at 1:31 a.m., Eric P. Drought, 42, of Amboy was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Mr. Drought was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/25/25 at 9:35 a.m., James V. McCombs, 35, of Mexico was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 3rd degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Parish. At the same time, Mr. McCombs was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego City Court. Mr. McCombs was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/25/25 at 7:46 p.m., Brittany R. Stone, 37, of Schroeppel was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Ms. Stone was arraigned in Family Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility.
On 2/26/25 at 8:57 p.m., Michael P. Morrison, 48, of Granby was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Palermo. Mr. Morrison was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/26/25 at 10:47 p.m., Timothy W. Bennett, 36, of Albion was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony following an incident in the Village of Pulaski. Mr. Bennett was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/27/25 at 11:39 a.m., Mark M. Allen, 46, of Oswego was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant and Bench Warrant, both issued out of Oswego City Court. Mr. Allen was turned over to OPD for further processing.
On 2/27/25 at 12:26 p.m., Jeffrey R. Sakowski, 47, of Amboy was arrested based on a Felony Arrest Warrant issued out of NYS Probation. Mr. Sakowski was turned over to Probation for further processing.
On 2/27/25 at 12:32 p.m., Ashley M. Fielder, 36, of Amboy was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Fulton City Court. Ms. Fielder was turned over to the Fulton Police Dept. for further processing.
On 2/27/25 at 2:37 p.m., Jenalee R. Pierce,18, of Martville, NY was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree and Criminal Tampering, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Ms. Pierce was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/27/25 at 4:57 p.m. June M. Atkins, 58, of Schroeppel was arrested based on a Felony Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Ms. Atkins was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/27/25 at 5:39 p.m., Jarid A. Pitre, 30, of Volney was arrested for Grand Larceny, 3rd degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Pitre was arraigned in Cap Court and remanded to the OCJ.
At the same time, Mr. Pitre was arrested for Petit Larceny stemming from an incident that occurred in the Town of Volney. Mr. Pitre is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 3/13/25.
On 2/28/25 at 12:37 a.m., Jarid A. Pitre, 30, of Volney was arrested for Promoting Prison Contraband, 1st degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Oswego County Correctional Facility. Mr. Pitre was arraigned in CAP Court.
