On 1/30/26 at 12:36 p.m., Joseph W. Cash, 38, and Crystal Lynn Lane, 50, both of Scriba, were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Cash and Ms. Lane are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 2/13/26.
On 1/30/26 at 7:21 p.m., Chad E. Merrills Jr., 25, of Orwell was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Richland. Mr. Merrills was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/31/26 at 5:45 a.m., Jamison K. Bramer, 20, of Constantia was arrested for Conspiracy, 5th degree and Criminal Mischief, 3rd degree, a class E felony following an incident in the Village of Central Square. Mr. Bramer is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 2/14/26.
Following the same incident, Aidan R. Chapman, 20, of Hastings was arrested for Conspiracy, 5th degree. Mr. Chapman is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 2/14/26.
On 2/1/26 at 8:59 a.m., Andy I. Alfaro, 40, of Mexico, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Phoenix. Mr. Alfaro was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/1/26 at 9:56 p.m., Jesse D. Mykietyn, 40, of Mexico, NY was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and 3 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Mexico. Mr. Mykietyn was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/1/26 at 10:54 p.m., Jesse D. Mykietyn, 40, of Mexico was arrested for Criminal Tampering, 3rddegree following an incident in the City of Oswego. Mr. Mykietyn is scheduled to be arraigned in Oswego City Court on 2/19/26.
On 2/1/26 at 11:37 p.m., Nathan M. Novak, 35, of New Haven was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7thdegree following an incident in the Town of New Haven. Mr. Novak is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 2/15/26.
On 2/2/26 at 4:15 a.m., Dalton Joseph Crouch, 34, of Granby was arrested for 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Crouch is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 2/16/26.
At the same time, Mr. Crouch was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant and Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby. Mr. Crouch was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/2/26 at 8:15 a.m., Joshua B. LaBreck, 37, of Palermo was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 5th degree, a class D felony; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rddegree, a class B felony; and three counts of Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Palermo. At the same time, Mr. LaBreck was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Hastings. Mr. LaBreck was arraigned in CAP Court.
Following the same incident, Joshua C. Walker, 45, of Palermo was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, a class B felony; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 2nd degree, a class A felony; and two counts of Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree. Mr. Walker was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/2/26 at 11:11 a.m., Christian S. London, 18, of Scriba was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego City Court. Mr. London was turned over to the Oswego Police Dept. for further processing.
On 2/2/26 at 12:52 p.m., Chase A. Towers, 21, of Cato was arrested for Criminal Trespass, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Towers is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 2/16/26.
On 2/2/26 at 10:18 p.m., Eric Allen Goggans, 48, of Schroeppel was arrested based on a Fugitive from Justice Warrant issued out of Putnam County in the State of Florida. Mr. Goggans was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/3/26 at 1:22 a.m., Bryan K. Carvey, 33, of Hannibal was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Village of Hannibal. Mr. Carvey was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/3/26 at 9:56 a.m., Daniel H. Feliciano, 30, of Fulton was arrested for Assault, 3rd degree; Menacing, 3rd degree and 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Volney. Mr. Feliciano was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/3/26 at 1:20 p.m., Paige E. Whitted, 36, of Utica, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of New Haven. Ms. Whitted was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/3/26 at 1:44 p.m., Anthony A. Williams, 47, of Oswego was arrested based on an Oswego County Family Court Warrant. Mr. Williams was arraigned in Family Court.
On 2/4/26 at 3:43 p.m., Crystal L. Cottrell, 42, of Sandy Creek was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Schroeppel and a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Amboy. Ms. Cottrell was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/4/26 at 5:48 p.m., Derrick Gunther, 45, of Syracuse was arrested based on a Fugitive from Justice Warrant issued out of the City of Fredericksburg, State of Virginia. Mr. Gunther was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/4/26 at 7:07 p.m., Devon J. Rogers, 32, of Constantia was arrested for Burglary, 2nd degree, a class E felony; Criminal Mischief, 3rd degree, a class E felony and Criminal Contempt, 1st degree, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Constantia. Mr. Rogers was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/5/26 at 12:57 a.m., David J. Giacona, 43, of New Haven was arrested for Assault, 3rd degree; Strangulation, 2nd degree, a class D felony; 2 counts of Criminal Mischief, 4th degree; and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of New Haven. Mr. Giacona was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/5/26 at 7:37 a.m., Marshall J. Butler, 42, of Mexico was arrested under the Sex Offender Registration Act of Corrections Law charging him with Failure to Verify Address within 90 days, a class E felony. Mr. Butler is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 2/19/26.
On 2/5/26 at 8:55 a.m., Denver Lyle Splawn, 32, of Schroeppel was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Phoenix. Mr. Splawn was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/5/26 at 10:45 a.m., Argus Melaocchio, 36, of Syracuse was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the City of Auburn. Mr. Melaocchio was turned over to the Auburn PD for further processing.
On 2/6/26 at 10:00 a.m., Timothy S. Peck, 45, of Syracuse was arrested based on two Bench Warrants, one out of the Town of Parish and one out of the Town of Palermo. Mr. Peck is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 2/6/26.
