On 1/9/26 at 2:46 p.m., Dallas Lee Ludington, 27, of Hannibal was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Ludington is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 1/23/26.
On 1/9/26 at 7:33 p.m., Todd G. Devaul, 37, of Fayetteville, NY was arrested based on two Bench Warrants and two Arrest Warrants all issued out of Oswego County. Mr. Devaul was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/10/26 at 9:07 a.m., Steven J. Riddell, 34, of Palermo was arrested for Menacing, 3rd degree; Coercion, 3rd degree and Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Riddell was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/10/26 at 11:56 a.m., Randall H. Muir, 29, of Scriba was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Central Square. Mr. Muir was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/10/26 at 8:11 p.m., Gregory M. Russell, 39, of Fulton was arrested based on two Arrest Warrants issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Russell was arraigned in Family Court.
On 1/11/26 at 7:36 a.m., Michael P. Smith, 20, of New Haven was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree; 3 counts of Criminal Mischief, 3rd degree, a class E felony; Criminal Tampering, 3rd degree; Grand Larceny, 4th degree, a class E felony and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Smith was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/11/26 at 6:39 p.m., Dakota James Gardner, 24, of Williamstown was arrested for Assault, 2nddegree, a class D felony; Menacing, 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Volney. Mr. Gardner was arraigned in CAP Court.
Following the same incident, Sara R. Bolster, 21, of Williamstown was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree. Ms. Bolster is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 1/25/26.
On 1/12/26 at 9:15 a.m., Ruby M. McDonald, 67, and Wallace Q. Redman Jr., 49, both of Granby were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. McDonald and Mr. Redman are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 1/26/26.
On 1/12/26 at 11:46 a.m., Roger L. Breckenridge, 57, of Albion was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Breckenridge is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 1/26/26.
On 1/12/26 at 6:43 p.m., Bree Ann Fielder, 21, of Schroeppel was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Ms. Fielder was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/12/26 at 10:32 p.m., Joshua H. Gullen, 39, of Phoenix, NY was arrested for Criminal Tampering, 3rd degree; Tampering with Physical Evidence, a class E felony; and 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Village of Phoenix. Mr. Gullen is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 1/26/26.
On 1/13/26 at 6:37 a.m., Gabriel T. Stone, 44, of Richland was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Stone was arraigned in Family Court.
On 1/13/26 at 11:41 a.m., William H. Horning, 31, of Amboy was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of NYS Parole. Mr. Horning was arraigned in CAP Court.
At the same time, Mr. Horning was arrested for Burglary, 3rd degree, a class D felony; Burglary, 2nd degree, a class C felony and Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Amboy. Mr. Horning was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/13/26 at 12:32 p.m., Padrie A. Schneider, 25, of Scriba was arrested based on two Bench Warrants issued out of the Town of Mexico. Ms. Schneider was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/13/26 at 4:12 p.m., Caleb M. Smith, 35, of Mexico was arrested for Criminal Trespass, 2nddegree and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Richland. Mr. Smith was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/13/26 at 8:17 p.m., Michael J. Hare, 37, of Central Square was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Hare was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/14/26 at 10:11 a.m., Shawn Franklin Smith, 46, of Oswego was arrested for 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Oswego. Mr. Smith is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 1/28/26.
On 1/14/26 at 3:19 p.m., Michael P. Smith, 20, of New Haven was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree, following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Smith was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/15/26 at 12:41 a.m., Dale L. Tingue Jr., 45, of Wolcott was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Mr. Tingue was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/15/26 at 12:39 p.m., Sean Andrew Mattox, 18, of West Monroe was arrested for Forcible Touching and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Mattox was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/16/26 at 9:52 a.m., Ronald A. Vermette, 41, of New Haven was arrested based on two Bench Warrants, one out of the Town of Granby and one out of the City of Fulton, and two Arrest Warrants, both out of the City of Fulton. Mr. Vermette is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 1/16/26.
On 1/16/26 at 10:11 a.m., Parvesh Meghbarran, 28, of Schenectady, NY was arrested for Possession of a Forged Instrument, 2nd degree, a class D felony following an incident in the City of Fulton. Mr. Meghbarran is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 1/16/26.
