On 1/11/25 at 2:12 p.m., Shawn R. Yager, 46, of Constantia was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Firearm, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Constantia. Mr. Yager is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 1/25/25.
On 1/12/25 at 5:13 p.m., Francesca M. Emmi, 60, of Hastings was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Emmi is scheduled to be arraigned on 1/26/25 in CAP Court.
On 1/12/25 at 8:31 p.m., Wendy L. Ricker, 50, of Scriba was arrested for Criminal Trespass, 3rddegree, a class B misdemeanor following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. Ricker is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 1/26/25.
On 1/12/25 at 11:37 p.m., Nicholas Kostoroski, 34, of Palermo was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Palermo. Mr. Kostoroski was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/13/25 at 4:00 p.m., Tyler M. Leonard, 33, of Scriba was arrested for Grand larceny, 3rd degree, a class D felony and Charge Class D felony of Lien Law and misappropriation of funds following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Leonard was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/13/25 at 8:03 p.m., Jimmy M. Diaz,48, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby. Mr. Diaz was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/14/25 at 3:24 a.m., Scott M. Newman, 45, of Scriba was arrested for Sex Offender Failure to Report Change, a class D felony (Corrections Law) following an incident in the City of Oswego. At the same time, Mr. Newman was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Volney. Mr. Newman was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/14/25 at 9:16 a.m., Johann M. Ambach, 31, of Fulton was arrested based on 3 Bench Warrants, one issued out of Oswego County Court, one out of the Town of Schroeppel and one out of the Town of Volney. Mr. Ambach was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/14/25 at 6:37 p.m., Jennifer L. Middleton, 43, of Hannibal was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Oswego. Ms. Middleton was arraigned in Cap Court.
On 1/15/25 at 4:15 p.m., Dennis J. Crisafulli, 37, of New Haven was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby. Mr. Crisafulli was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/15/25 at 4:37 p.m., Tricia S. Boyd, 44, of Westdale, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Cicero. Ms. Boyd was turned over to Cicero PD for further processing.
