On 1/14/24 at 12:30 p.m., Billy Joe Parkhurst, 42, of Hastings was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Central Square. Mr. Parkhurst was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/15/24 at 4:54 p.m., Justin Michael Joss, 25, of Mattydale was arrested for 3 counts of Falsely Reporting an Incident, 3rd degree and 3 counts of Making a Terroristic Threat, a class D Felony following incidents in the City of Oswego. Mr. Joss was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 1/16/24 at 8:59 a.m., Chelsea J. Homan, 31, of West Monroe was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Mexico. Ms. Homan is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 1/30/24.
On 1/16/24 at 9:50 a.m., Christopher A. Pearson, 26, of Jordan was arrested for Possessing a Forged Instrument, 2nd degree, a class D felony and Identity Theft, 2nd degree, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Pearson was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/17/24 at 2:55 p.m., Antonio Almodovar, 29, and Adele H. Mann, 24, both of Hastings were arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Village of Central Square. Mr. Almodovar and Ms. Mann are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 1/31/24.
