On 12/26/25 at 2:34 p.m., Christopher A. Burr, 39, of Schroeppel was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 1st degree, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Burr was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/27/25 at 1:08 p.m., Kristy Leann Gardner, 27, of Richland was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Jefferson County. Ms. Gardner was turned over to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office for further processing.
On 12/27/25 at 7:25 p.m., Gary A. Royce, 60, of Palermo was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree; Menacing, 3rd degree; Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Royce was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/27/25 at 10:16 p.m., Angela Marie Hawn, 24, of Hannibal was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Oswego. Ms. Hawn is scheduled to be arraigned on 1/10/26 in CAP Court.
On 12/28/25 at 2:34 p.m., Renee M. Reynolds, 32, of Baldwinsville, NY was arrested based on two Bench Warrants, one out of the City of Fulton and one out of the Town of West Monroe. Ms. Reynolds was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/28/25 at 10:48 p.m., Kenneth G. Dunham, 53, of Mexico, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Hastings. Mr. Dunham was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/28/25 at 11:15 p.m., Macy R. Mettler, 34, of Volney was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nddegree; Endangering the Welfare of a Child; Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree and Resisting Arrest following an incident in the Town of Volney. Ms. Mettler was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/30/25 at 1:00 a.m., Derek E. Pienkowski, 42, of Baldwinsville, NY was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 3rd degree, a class D felony following an incident that reportedly occurred in the Town of Schroeppel in September 2025. Mr. Pienkowski was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/30/25 at 2:50 p.m., Michelle L. O’Brien, 46, of Scriba was arrested for Tampering with Physical Evidence, a class E felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 4th degree, a class C felony following an incident in the Town of Volney. Ms. O’Brien was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/30/25 at 7:22 p.m., Robert John Byrns, 32, of Schroeppel was arrested for Reckless Endangerment, 2nd degree and Fleeing an Officer in Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Mexico. Mr. Byrns was also arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of NYSP. Mr. Byrns was turned over to the NYSP for further processing.
On 12/31/25 at 11:34 a.m., Ramsey Vallas, 20, of Fulton was arrested for Sexual Misconduct, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and 2 counts of Rape, 2nd degree, a class D felony reportedly following incidents in the Town of Granby. Mr. Vallas was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/31/25 at 12:52 p.m., Mellisa A. Bean, 30, of Oswego was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nddegree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Bean was arraigned in
CAP Court.
On 12/31/25 at 1:00 p.m., Kyle D. Indelicato, 25, of Hannibal was arrested for 2 counts of Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class D felony and 6 counts of Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Indelicato was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the OCJ.
On 12/31/25 at 7:57 p.m., Joseph A. Drake, 27, of Oswego was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nddegree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Drake was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/1/26 at 12:26 p.m., Cody R. Pittman, 24, of Mexico was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Fulton City Court. Mr. Pittman was turned over to the Fulton Police Dept. for further processing.
On 1/1/26 at 3:24 p.m., Coleton R. Elliott, 29, of 5153 French Settlement Rd., Lorraine, NY was arrested for Burglary, 3rd degree, a class D felony and Petit Larceny following an incident in the Village of Central Square. Mr. Elliott is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 1/15/26.
On 1/1/26 at 9:20 p.m., Joseph R. Elacqua, 28, of Scriba was arrested for 2 counts Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Elacqua was arraigned in CAP Court.
