On 1/16/26 at 6:24 p.m., Terrie Lynn Weigand, 47, of Hastings was arrested for Criminal Impersonation, 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Parish. Mr. Weigand is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 1/30/26.
On 1/16/26 at 6:36 p.m., Brittney R. Barber, 32, of Altmar was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Williamstown. Ms. Barber is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 1/30/26.
On 1/16/26 at 6:52 p.m., Kevin T. Leroy, 51, of Clay, NY was arrested for Menacing,3rd degree and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Village of Central Square. Mr. Leroy was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/17/26 at 7:16 p.m., Jeffrey E. Isabell Jr., 34, of Mexico, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of NYSP Hastings. Mr. Isabell was turned over to the NYSP for further processing.
On 1/17/26 at 8:46 p.m., Jessica A. Morin, 46, of Mexico was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Hastings. Ms. Morin was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/18/26 at 3:49 a.m., Dominick J. Busch, 19, of Hannibal was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 3rddegree, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Busch was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/18/26 at 7:42 a.m., William R. Hotaling, 47, of New Haven was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Hotaling was arraigned in Family Court.
On 1/18/26 at 12:03 p.m., Logan T. Birmingham, 21, of Albion was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 1st degree, a class E felony and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Albion. Mr. Birmingham was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/18/26 at 10:22 p.m., Gregory J. Taylor, 37, of Pulaski was arrested for Burglary, 3rd degree, a class D felony; Possession of Burglar Tools and Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Richland. Mr. Taylor was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/19/26 at 12:24 a.m., Nathaniel J. Flynn, 35, of Red Creek was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Flynn is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 2/2/26.
At the same time, Mr. Flynn was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby. He was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/20/26 at 10:19 a.m., Louren J. Neves, 41, of Syracuse was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Hastings. Mr. Neves was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/20/26 at 1:01 p.m., Shanna Marie Wood, 46, of Phoenix, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. Wood is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 2/3/26.
On 1/21/26 at 7:49 p.m., Cybier L. Cannon, 32, of Fulton was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree and Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Williamstown. Mr. Cannon was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/21/26 at 9:05 p.m., Shannon L. Provost, 48, of Phoenix, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident in the Village of Phoenix. Ms. Provost is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 2/4/26.
On 1/22/26 at 9:54 a.m., Courtney E. Gushlaw, 25, of New Haven was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Richland. Ms. Gushlaw was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/22/26 at 9:58 a.m., Lauren M. Connolly, 38, of Scriba was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Ms. Connolly was arraigned in Family Court.
On 1/22/26 at 8:23 p.m., Brooke E. Kingsley, 25, of Hannibal was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree, following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Kingsley is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 2/5/26.
On the same day at 10:01 p.m., Ms. Kingsley was arrested for 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Kingsley is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 2/5/26.
On 1/22/26 at 10:21 p.m., Emily A. Bohannon, 40, of Palermo was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Schroeppel. Ms. Bohannon was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/23/26 at 10:52 a.m., William H. Horning, 30, of Amboy was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Richland. Mr. Horning is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 1/23/26.
