On 1/2/26 at 1:16 p.m., Justin J. Fellows, 43, of Fulton was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Fellows is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 1/16/26.
On 1/2/26 at 3:27 p.m., Abigail M. Benson, 22, of Amboy was arrested for Tampering with Physical Evidence, a class E felony; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree; and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Ms. Benson is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 1/16/26.
Following the same incident, George J. Durgan, 42, of Williamstown and Ronald R. Gibbs, 38, of Amboy were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree. Mr. Durgan and Mr. Gibbs are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 1/16/26.
On 1/2/26 at 5:10 p.m., Andrew J. Beeman, 55, of Sandy Creek was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Sandy Creek. Mr. Beeman is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 1/16/26.
On 1/2/26 at 6:28 p.m., Gregory J. Taylor, 37, of Pulaski was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Village of Sandy Creek. Mr. Taylor is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 1/16/26. At the same time, Mr. Taylor was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of NYSP-Waterloo. Mr. Taylor was turned over to the NYSP for further processing.
On 1/2/26 at 7:44 p.m., Phillip E. Lacelle, 66, of Orwell was arrested for Resisting Arrest following an incident in the Village of Pulaski. Mr. Lacelle was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/3/26 at 4:56 a.m., Connor R. Albright, 18, of Oswego was arrested for 2 counts of Possession of Forged Instrument, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Minetto. Mr. Albright is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 1/17/26.
On 1/5/26 at 9:45 a.m., Warren D. Swanson, 28, of Palermo was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Dewitt, Onondaga County following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Swanson is
scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 1/19/26. Mr. Swanson was turned over to the Town of Dewitt Police Dept. for further processing on the Arrest Warrant.
On 1/5/26 at 3:35 p.m., Nicole A. Avery, 39, of Granby was arrested based on a Felony Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Ms. Avery was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/5/26 at 5:07 p.m., Jacob M. Orta, 32, of Oswego was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Orta is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 1/19/26.
On 1/6/26 at 10:41 a.m., Alexander J. Crandall, 30, of Scriba was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Crandall was arraigned in Family Court.
On 1/6/26 at 2:18 p.m., Randi L. Marsden, 43, of New Haven was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Amboy. Ms. Marsden was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/7/26 at 7:30 a.m., Joshua C. Stopher, 27, of Phoenix, NY was arrested for 5 counts of Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class D felony stemming from the investigation into an incident that reportedly occurred in the Town of Schroeppel in December 2024. Mr. Stopher was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/7/26 at 2:37 p.m., William E. Newton, 23, of Baldwinsville, NY was arrested for Assault, 3rddegree; Menacing, 3rd degree and Robbery, 2nd degree, a class C felony following an incident that occurred in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Newton was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/7/26 at 4:29 p.m., Mary E. Ujkaj, 39, of Central Square was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Ms. Ujkaj is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 1/21/26.
On 1/7/26 at 5:07 p.m., Michael A. Whitney, 45, of Mexico, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Amboy. Mr. Whitney was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/8/26 at 10:19 a.m., Joshua E. Dean, 38, of Amboy was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nddegree and Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Parish. Mr. Dean was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/8/26 at 1:40 p.m., Roger L. Breckenridge, 57, of Albion was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Hastings. Mr. Breckenridge was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/8/26 at 2:24 p.m., Luis Bryan Rojas, 27, of Boylston was arrested for Assault, 2nd degree, a class D felony; Menacing, 2nd degree; Reckless Endangerment, 2nd degree; Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 3rd degree, a class D felony and Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Rojas was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/8/26 at 3:40 p.m., Adam Smith, 29, and Jeffrey L. Smith, 62, both of Hastings were arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree and Resisting Arrest following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Both Mr. Smiths are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 1/22/26.
On 1/8/26 at 4:28 p.m., Megan E. Aviles, 33, of Watertown was arrested for Overdriving, Torturing, and Injuring Animals: Failure to Provide Proper Sustenance and Abandonment of Animals based on Agriculture and Markets Law following an incident in the Town of Mexico. Ms. Aviles was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/8/26 at 8:52 p.m., Luis Bryan Rojas, 27, of Boylston was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree and Criminal Tampering, 3rd degree following an incident in the City of Oswego. Mr. Rojas is scheduled to be arraigned in Oswego City Court on 1/29/26.
