On 7/2/26 at 12:53 p.m., Ryan A. Parker, 40, of Scriba was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Mr. Parker was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/2/26 at 3:21 p.m., Nicholas R. Mowers, 37, of Albion was arrested for Fleeing an Officer in Motor Vehicle along with multiple V&T violations following an incident that began in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Mowers is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/16/26.
At the same time, Mr. Mowers was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident that reportedly occurred in the Town of Parish. Mr. Mowers was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/4/26 at 1:33 a.m., Thomas Joseph McCord Jr., 18, of Scriba was arrested for Reckless Endangerment, 2nd degree and Fleeing an Officer in Motor Vehicle following an incident in the Town of Constantia. Mr. McCord is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/18/26.
On 7/5/26 at 12:06 p.m., Bree Ann Fielder, 22, of Pulaski was arrested based on two Bench Warrants issued out of the Town of Schroeppel. Ms. Fielder was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/5/26 at 8:28 p.m., Walter W. Wiseman, 58, of Orwell was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Sandy Creek. Mr. Wiseman was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/5/26 at 8:55 p.m., Mara E. Lasky, 38, of Clay was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Ms. Lasky is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/19/26.
On 7/6/26 at 12:16 a.m., David M. Ritter, 37, of Albion was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nddegree following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Mr. Ritter was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/6/26 at 12:38 p.m., Kenneth R. Buske, 61, of Volney was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree and Criminal Mischief, 3rd degree, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Volney. Mr. Buske was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/6/26 at 4:00 p.m., Kyle C. Hilton, 39, of Oswego was arrested for Promoting Prison Contraband, 1st degree, a class D felony and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 3rd degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Oswego County Correctional Facility. Mr. Hilton was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/6/26 at 4:48 p.m., Richard E. Malinowski, 58, of Hastings was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, a class B felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 2nd degree, a class A felony following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Malinowski was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/6/26 at 5:52 p.m., Brittany R. Stone, 39, of Schroeppel was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Ms. Stone was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/6/26 at 7:12 p.m., Sean E. Burrows, 40, of Schroeppel was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Burrows is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/20/26.
On 7/7/26 at 2:06 p.m., Erick Figueroa Gonzalez, 36, of Fulton was arrested based on a Fugitive from Justice Warrant issued out of Hudson County, State of New Jersey. Mr. Gonzalez was arraigned in Cap Court.
On 7/7/26 at 2:10 p.m., David W. Dillabough, 43, of Sandy Creek was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Richland. Mr. Dillabough was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/7/26 at 8:45 p.m., Joseph Martin Smith, 29, of Granby was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nddegree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Smith was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/8/26 at 4:56 a.m., Danniel S. Spanagel, 33, of Granby was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Fulton City Court. Mr. Spanagel was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/8/26 at 8:55 a.m., Timothy E. Brushaber, 46, of Richland was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Mr. Brushaber is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/22/26.

On 7/8/26 at 10:15 p.m., Richard G. Warren, 48, of Palermo was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Warren was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/9/26 at 1:51 a.m., Stephen D. Grimes, 30, of Scriba was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of New Haven. Mr. Grimes was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/9/26 at 1:52 p.m., Matthew C. Arquitt, 58, of Orwell was arrested for Criminal Trespass, 3rddegree following an incident in the Town of Richland. Mr. Arquitt is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/23/26.
On 7/9/26 at 4:45 p.m., Kyle J. Kunzwiler, 33, of Fulton was arrested for Grand Larceny, 3rd degree, a class D felony following an incident in the City of Fulton. Mr. Kunzwiler was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/9/26 at 9:06 p.m., Heather M. Chappell, 51, of West Monroe was arrested for Menacing, 2nddegree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Ms. Chappell was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/10/26 at 10:54 a.m., Wayne M. Abbott, 31, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Palermo. Mr. Abbott is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court this evening.
