On 7/3/25 at 5:40 p.m., Seth Daniel Bourlier, 24, of Granby was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Village of Phoenix. Mr. Bourlier is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/17/25.
On 7/3/25 at 8:31 p.m., James L. Susko, 35, of Phoenix, NY was arrested for Petit Larceny and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 5th degree following an incident in the Village of Phoenix. Mr. Susko is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/17/25.
On 7/3/25 at 9:32 p.m., Lorraine N. Wescott, 39, of Cleveland was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Probation. Ms. Wescott was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/3/25 at 10:16 p.m., Anthony S. Martini, 18, of Cicero, NY was arrested for Assault, 3rd degree; 2 counts of Criminal Tampering, 3rd degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Martini is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/17/25.
On 7/4/25 at 3:14 p.m., Joseph Daniel Bouck, 24, of Albany, NY was arrested based on a Probation Warrant issued out of Oswego County. Mr. Bouck was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/4/25 at 6:57 p.m., Andrew N. Clements, 36, of Cohoes, NY, was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Mr. Clements was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/4/25 at 9:29 p.m., Kristina N. Lagray, 44, of Scriba was arrested for Resisting Arrest and Exposure of a Person following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Lagray is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/18/25.
On 7/5/25 at 3:36 a.m., Michel M. Palmowski, 31, of Palermo was arrested for Strangulation, 2nddegree, a class D felony and Kaitlyn Anne Baker, 24, of Palermo was arrested for Assault, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Palmowski and Ms. Baker were arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/5/25 at 4:35 p.m., Carson D. Allen, 22, of Oneida, NY was arrested for Hate Crime/Assault in Correctional Facility, 2nd degree, a class C felony following an incident in the Oswego County Correctional Facility. Mr. Allen was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/6/25 at 12:31 a.m., Leslie A. Smith, 33, of Oswego was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Ms. Smith was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/6/25 2:41 p.m., Tyler J. Krueger, 24, of Reno, NV was arrested for Assault While Confined in a Correctional Facility, 2nd degree, a class D felony; Menacing, 2nd degree; Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree following an incident in the Oswego County Correctional Facility. Mr. Krueger was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/6/25 at 8:04 p.m., Jonathan R. Dennis, 44, of Richland was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Dennis was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/6/25 at 8:42 p.m., William C. Benson, 35, of Palermo was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Benson is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/20/25.
On 7/7/25 at 1:53 p.m., Travis C. Swan, 45, of Oswego was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of NYSP Ithaca. Mr. Swan was turned over to the NYSP for further processing.
On 7/7/25 at 7:08 p.m., Jordan M. Hagan, 25, of Granby was arrested for Sexual Misconduct following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. Hagan is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/21/25.
On 7/8/25 at 12:43 p.m., Rickey R. Bryant, 46, of Constantia was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Mr. Bryant was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/8/25 at 4:31 p.m., Giuseppe D. Faul, 20, of Scriba was arrested for Menacing, 3rd degree and 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Faul was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/9/25 at 2:48 a.m., Burton C. Nolan, 34, of Albion was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Lewis County. Mr. Nolan was turned over to the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office for further processing.
On 7/9/25 at 4:28 p.m., Michael E. Reite, 38, of Hastings was arrested for Assault, 3rd degree; Assault, 2nd degree, a class D felony; Menacing, 2nd degree; Reckless
Endangerment, 2nd degree and Criminal Mischief, 2nd degree, a class D felony stemming from an incident that reportedly occurred in the Town of New Haven in March 2023. At the same time, Mr. Reite was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Mr. Reite was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/9/25 at 11:27 p.m., Janice R. Diaz, 27, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Schroeppel. Ms. Diaz was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/10/25 at 12:44 p.m., Billy Joe Parkhurst, 43, of Palermo was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Mr. Parkhurst is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/24/25.
On 7/10/25 at 1:39 p.m., Erin M. Becksted, 42, of Mexico, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico Court. Mr. Becksted was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/10/25 at 4:59 p.m., Jacob Lee Bartlett, 21, of Mexico, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Parish Town Court. Mr. Bartlett was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/10/25 at 6:30 p.m., Robert W. Burger, 62, of Hannibal was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 2nddegree, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Burger was arraigned in CAP Court.
